I noticed a declined payment for this company and had no idea who they were. I found a number on your website and called them. I was told that I signed up for a free trial( which I never would do for fear of forgetting). I get free fitness and video membership from ********* so I know I didn't sign up. She said ma'am when you sign up you are sent a email and you didn't dispute the charge in October. I told her I thought the charge inOct. Was a charge for a game I play. I was told I would get a would get a refund for December but was to late for October because you could only get a refund within 30 days. I asked again how they get my info. because I never signed up, and that 129 complaints was made to the BBB about the same thing. She kept speaking over me and wouldn't let me speak, (and wondered why I was upset)then preceeded to hang up on me. I called back about 15 minutes later and spoke with a different young lady and was told the same thing about the ***************************************************************** my complaint would be sent to a different person to see about the other charge. If I'm not mistaken I call them when I saw a declined payment in November, and the first lady said I would receive a email, which I never received for November or for the 2 calls today.Business Response

I have been charged ***** per month in 2022 and I NEVER authorized them to charge my card. They are committing Fraud. I don't know how they keep getting my debit card info. They owe me $239.88 and need to stop charging me or my family ever again.Business Response

They first took out ***** which they refunded. Now they are taking ***** and telling me they have no record of this being taken out yet it clearly shows on my bank account records. They said once they remove you you are not charged again. I AM CLEARLY BEING CHARGED AGAIN.Business Response

I had my credit card charged $19.99 for something I did not buy nor heard of prior to seeing it being declined by my credit card company. I did call and they were aware of my card being declined, however, they didn't believe that I didn't order anything from them. I'm writing this because I noticed the very same thing has occurred to someone else. I made no purchase or attempt to purchase anything from Neobodpx and had never had prior knowledge of Neobodpx prior to investigating the charges they attempted on my credit card.Business Response

This company charged my card $19.99 on 12/30. I did not give authorization to my card for that amount being deducted. I don't even know what it's for! Refund is expected!
