    Ive been waiting over 2 weeks now for a refund. I cancelled my subscription with them, and cancelled my delivery before it was shipped, and was told that I would receive a refund within 7-10 days but still have yet to receive it. Ive emailed them twice for a status update on the refund, and they keep telling me theyll check and get back to me but never do.

    I canceled my subscription, yet they charged me for the next week and sent a shipment anyways. I canceled as soon as they sent me an email letting me know I could make changes to meals for that next week, as long as I did it prior to the next day. Instead, they charged me again, which I wasn't aware of until the meals showed up at my house. They are also in violation of California law, which requires one-click cancellation - they required me to choose cancel 3 times on successive screens. Even after that. they claimed I would have had to call their customer service in order to cancel the next week's meals - a fact that was provided to me nowhere on their site or during the cancellation process.

    I canceled the account yet they keep charging my credit card and sending the food of their choice.I cannot dispute it because they deliver the goods.Inside the box, ice packs are busted open. The food is not worth of what I pay.I had to close my credit card to stop being ********** this a scam or what?
