Hi,This is my first time and was really excited to try massage heights Carmel ****** location , I booked a service for me and my mom so I can spend some quality time with her , unfortunately on the day of my appointment I felt headache from morning and by afternoon it became worse and felt flu symptoms and had to call sick . I called massage heights Carmel ****** location right away and told them Im really sick and need to cancel the appointment. The receptionist "Ally" said I have to pay the full amount or come for the appointment. I said it's not fair to your therapist if I show up and asked her if she wants me to do that , she said it doesn't matter and said show up or lose money even if I had fly symptoms . I work hard and don't want to lose my money so requested her to reschedule my appointment butshe charged me $79.99 as penalty when the website clearly states there is no penalty if the customer is sick . I had to drive my daughter there since they stopped picking my calls..she told my daughter she blocked my number from everywhere and was very disrespectful ..I did not shout , I was not disrespectful. I said I'm really sick and asked for her help this one time but she laughed condescending and called security on us for no reason. She was extremely rude and kept laughing at us and commenting to her friend as if we are waste of her time. Is that even a way to treat anyone. ..I was not shouting , I didn't raise my voice ...all I asked was to reschedule it to some other day time . I told her I will post about them in nextdoor and Instagram...she laughed and said security to ****** us out , this is not even humane to treat someone in front of their daughter especially when I'm sick.
