      I was looking to get quotes for health insurance and requested on-line quotes from this company. I clicked all required links and was never given a health insurance quote. Instead, within 5 minutes, I began receiving emails, robo-calls, texts, and voicemails from a litany of companies trying to discuss health insurance. Between 10:00am - 2:00pm CST on 7/23/25 I received 8 emails, 10 voicemails, 12 texts, and had 70, that is correct seventy, missed calls. This amounts to harassment and is creating distress and interfering with my ability to use my phone at all. I demand that RevRise media immediately delete all of my personal information, phone number, email address, etc., and to notify its business partners, colleagues, affiliates and subsidiaries to do the same.

      We have thoroughly investigated this complaint and, as requested, removed this consumer's information from our database. We have also reached out to the customer who purchased this information and directed them to immediately stop any outreach and permanently remove this consumer's information from their database.

      I have received 49 calls from insurance agents associated with ***************************************** LLC (*******************). I am forced to make this complaint here because I do not know what to do. I feel I am being harrassed, insulted, etc. I received these 49 calls from 7:30AM until about 2PM (it is against my federal rights to be contacted before 8AM also) . These people are relentless. I attempted to contact RevRise directly to put me on a do not contact list and restrict my information from those they apparently gave it to but they do not have a phone number. These people on the phone are not honoring my rights. Every time I get a call, I say directly, "please put me on the do not contact list," but they do not care and they continue talking. I have gotten responses like "we do not have a do not contact list", people hanging up and calling back, "you put your contact information in, it's your fault," refusal to identify oneself and employer (hang up when I ask), and rude comments like "you are crazy" and "you are rude" - all for calmly requesting not to be contacted. I am on the verge of tears from this harrassment. First, I went online to try to compare insurance providers. I only wanted online information AND I ALREADY HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE. I am just doing my due diligence. I find this website by GetHealthCoverage (******************************************) offering WRITTEN COMPARISONS. I noticed it was bait when it was too late. I go to get the info, then they start talking about "quotes" which I didn't recognize how that shifted from comparisons to quotes- they then say I can't get a written quotes and have to enter more info.. I should've known it was a scam then but I entered my phone number (cue disaster). I keep receiving calls every 8 minutes from different phone numbers!!!!BBB, plz help me reach RevRise to remove my contact info. I am being distracted from my work! Harrassed! I want to kill myself. This is not good for my mental health.

      We received your complaint through BBB and have investigated the issue you presented. Your phone number has been permanently added to our internal DNC list. RevRise Media, and all RevRise Media affiliated companies, will never attempt to contact you again. This request is permanent and will not expire. In the images linked in your complaint, we were unable to find a phone number owned by our company. We suspect you may have completed a form prior to reaching our website, and that company may be calling you. We can confirm your phone number was marked as DNC within our system on 4/21/25, and we are no longer attempting to reach you. Any contact attempts made after this date are not from our Company. Lastly, there may be a mix up. We are unfamiliar with the address provided in your complaint ("******************************************") - perhaps the company at this location is the website you visited prior to ours.

      The organization's website came up when I was searching for ******** Plans. I believed the organization was a true "non-profit" because their web site included ".org" in the **** In the past few hours I've literally had dozens of insurance sales agents calling me -- On several occasions I received an incoming call from one of their sales agents while I was already speaking to another one. I have acquired health insurance and have no further interest in purchasing a policy, but the organization's sales agents continue to call me. No matter what their "terms of service" may state, the sheer number of phone calls I am receiving qualifies as harassment.All I want is to stop receiving these phone calls.

We reviewed where you may have visited prior to reaching our website and it appears you may have filled out a form owned and operated by a different company. We suggest asking the party calling to remove you from their list if you continue to receive unwanted calls in the future.

      A RevRise Media subsidiary ********************* has illegally solicited health care coverage to me on several dozen occasions. They have contacted me several times daily by both call and text attempting to sell me healthcare coverage that I never inquired about. I am on the Do Not Call List and this constitutes illegal solicitation. I have expressed them no to call but they have continued to do so. I am certain this business as a scam as they have called/messaged from a different number every time they have called.

      I submitted an inquiry to a subsidy if RevRise media corporation that is posing as a health insurance company. I selected opt out of phone calls and then I began to receive constant phone calls and harassment from agents of "gethealthcoverage.org" which is a subsidy of RevRise. From Friday May 10th 2024 I received phone calls from 10:06am at a frequency of every 3 to 5 minutes for the entire day. That has continued into the weekend and up to today's date Tuesday May 14. 2024. I have spoken to multiple agents asking to be removed from their list and they all ask me for my current insurance information and then hang up when I repeat my request to be taken off the list. This has reached a point of interfering with my life, I've missed 2 interview calls for prospective jobs because of the excessive spam calls from this business.
