    My English is not good, the following is ****** translation:On November 7, 2023, I placed an order on SF International and requested that my personal ID card be sent back to my country. SF International provided a forwarding service. I took my ID card and sent it to *** first, and SF International then sent it to SF International. Send it back to *****.I went to this *** store to mail it that day and bought envelopes and other items according to the store's requirements. Two weeks later, I still had not received my express logistics update information, so I asked SF ********************* to look for it. They said that my ID card was still in the *** process and they had not received it. After that, I contacted SF International many times, and they reported back to *** that the courier could not be found. Until recently, I saw my logistics information updated on the *** App, showing that it was searching and initiating a claim.My English is not good and I cannot contact and communicate with *** directly, so I request to be resolved on this platform. My demands are:1-This is my ******* personal ID card. It was originally sent back to ***** for important matters, but now it has been delayed for a long time. Please compensate my personal loss of US$5,000 as appropriate;2- I hope that my ID card can be found so that I will no longer need to use *** or apply for other compensation;3-If it is determined that it cannot be found, according to ******* law, if the personal ID card is lost, I can only return to ***** to get a replacement. I am now in *********, and the air travel between ***** and ***************** costs at least ***** ** dollars; I hope I can get compensation.My English is not good, please contact me by email, I can use translation software.

    I went to the *** Store on August 4th, 2023 to have them scan and email 29 pages to the ******************** at 12:12PM. I never heard back from the government agency that the pages were emailed to. I called **** on 8/11/2023 to see if they had received my email. The **** stated they never received my email. I scanned all the pages myself on my phone and emailed all the documents to them. I got confirmation from the **** that they received my email.Today (8/18/2023), I went into the *** #**** and asked for a refund of $16.50 because the pages they scanned and emailed to the company did not get to the company. I even showed email documentation from **** and myself where they did not receive the email and I rescanned everything myself and emailed to the company. ***** at *** #**** stated his scanner showed it was sent. He did not show me documentation where it actually got to the company. I showed documentation from the company that they did not receive the scan documents. ***** was unable to provide me documentation that the email was actually scanned and emailed correctly. He told me I can go ahead and file a report with the BBB. Actually this is not about the money. It cost me more than $16 to drive to the store for a refund. It was really important that the Agency received my scan documents in a timely matter. Now my issue is being delayed. I hate paying for a service and not getting the service. On top of that having an employee not care. I tried calling Corporate at ***, but nobody answered their phone. Bottom line is that I had important documents that needed delivered and were not delivered. *** just took my money and did not do their job.
