    I purchased several bottles from Wooden Cork with shipping such that it would arrive before Christmas. I have since not heard from the business at all, nor received tracking information, and their phone number doesn't have anyone answering it.

    Simply, I ordered several bottles of liquor online. The bottle of champagne I received was corked; it was bad. When I contacted customer service, they issued me a $60 store credit, which doesn't even cover the full cost of the bottle and shipping...and which I don't want. I want a refund -- of the cost of the Champagne (***** + any taxes) , a portion of the shipping charge (say $15.00), and the "shipping protection charge" ($5.97) that was mandated when I checked out. (I couldn't even deselect this bogus fee.) **************** has been impossible to communicate with; they've stonewalled me at this point.

    I ordered a $200 bottle of ********* Bourbon as a gift and the bottle was improperly packaged and it leaked all over the package and almost half the liquor was gone. The label was ruined, the cork seal was ruined and this is completely useless bottle to me now, as I cannot give it as a gift, and I do not drink Bourbon. This company offered me a $25 refund. That is deplorable. I paid the $20 SHIPPING PROTECTION PLUS $44 in ***** shipping costs. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I want ALL of my money refunded. They owe me $200 for the bottle, $20 for the shipping protection AND $44 in shipping costs, plus taxes. They should not be able to run a business this way. Please help me get my $265+ back. I'm furious.

    Wooden cork enterprises Inc. is an online liquor retailer. I purchased a bottle of ******* gold bourbon and two whiskey glasses for $230 on 5/29/24. I did add shipping insurance for $11.97 and paid $41.81 shipping for a total of $283.78. No sales tax for the state of California was added to my order. The shipping insurance I purchased advertised No hassle claim issues. Get refund or new item shipped within **************************************************** stolen. When the item arrived, it was leaking bourbon all over the packaging with a broken glass bottle, and therefore was not full of the amount of bourbon I had purchased. I communicated this to their company via their customer service email including pictures of the bottle and packaging. I requested that the shipping insurance I purchased, be used and a replacement bottle that was not damaged be sent to me. I also offered to ship back the damaged merchandise if the company desired. They did respond via email, stating they would not offer any refunds or replacements, but would offer me $40 store credit or allow me to purchase the same item again at a discounted price of $150 Plus shipping. I therefore did not receive what I purchased, and the shipping insurance and its associated advertising was also false. I am also concerned they are not paying any sales tax to the state of California for online liquor sales.

    I recently bought a bottle of Crown Royal Maple in May. It just arrived May 31st and was a fake. It also did not have a bag and box. Further yet, their site does not let you leave a negative review. Nor did they refund me anything.

    Need a refund on a and product that they are posting that they have which they do not have in stock. Taking people's money and then emailing them and saying well we can't have we don't have it in stock. And we don't know when we're going to get it

    Transaction date of 3/29/24 ordered 2 bottles of ****** from wooden cork through their website. During the transaction, the site offers the buyer shipment protection for a fee (hefty). I repeatedly selected delete and clicked the I agree it is on me if the shipment is lost or damaged. After click ordered the product and the protection was added back to my order and billed. Immediately, tried calling and sent an email requesting to cancel my order. Not more that 5 mins after ordering. Finally receive a response stating there will be a 10% charge to cancel. While, any charge to cancel seems unreasonable, but before the order is even processed or money transferred seems totally unreasonable from a consumer perspective. I would like my 10% fee back and others warmed.

    Really sad customer service. Ordered the wrong case of wine (name correct, version different) and asked them to cancel the order WITHIN MINUTES via the only method you can... email. They responded due to merchant processing fees I'd be charged 10% to cancel an order I processed on their website literally minutes before. Ridiculous. No customer service here, just a desire to rip people off / overcharge. Do not use them.

    Made an online purchase at wooden cork. I never received the product. Never received confirmation of shipping. Ive called multiple times and the voice mail is full. Sent multiple emails no response. Im disputing the charge with my credit card company. Pretty sure its a scam. I shouldve checked here first.
