    In 2017, I signed a 5 year contract with Alsco linens for towels and sheets for my esthetics (facials) business. During COVID, I was shut down for about 9 months that I suspended service with them. I was told this could affect when my contract would end. Over the past year, I have been calling to see when my contract would ending as the quality of the towels is very poor and the price of the service has increased significantly. I am told a manager will be in contact to tell me about when my date is up. I offer a phone number and email address for contact. In April, a front desk employee tells me my contract has gone into month to month rollover and I inform her I wish to cancel. She says a manager will call me. It takes almost 3 months for me to speak to him as he is not good at following up. I left several voicemails without reply. In July, I started texting him so I could maybe get a hold of him. He tells me my contact has been renewed for another 5 years! I received no notice that my contract was about to be renewed, he said they dont send out notifications. That seems like a very poor business practice. I tell him I want to cancel as it doesnt make sense for my business anymore. Getting a follow up has been a nightmare, taking about 2 weeks (he may have taken longer, but I called the office to complain that I he had not responded). He said that I can either buyout my contract or give them 2 months to fix the quality issue per my contract. That seems ridiculous, as its their job to provide clean quality towels and they have failed to do so. I am also frustrated that it has taken so long for me to get this information, and now Im looking at spending another 2 months worth of service because he could not be bothered to respond earlier. I have asked to speak to his manager twice and not heard from him either. I am frustrated at the lack of communication and would like help resolving the matter. The customer service is extremely poor and I feel disrespected.
