    On April ******* I began paying these people $143 a month for 3 years for credit rehabilitation services said they would settle my credit card debt. They promised a 620 credit score when I was finished. They told me if I didnt have a 620 credit score I would have a refund for all the money I paid in. Here it is 2024 they didnt help me do anything told me to stop paying on credit cards and not to respond to their calls. I have a credit score of 530 maybe and they never refunded. I asked for the refund and they said they never told me this and so I asked for the recorded phone calls they claim to record every time Ive had phone contact with them. They replied they didnt know how they would send it to me and the *** **** up on me. This place is a scam!

    I entered an agreement with Beacon with the understanding that I will be working with an assigned account manager that 1 will working with me to improve, dispute, resolve, remove and reporting to all the credit bureaus for all "failed to validate" debts. I worked with one account manager for a few months and was moved over to a regular call center of reps that work off a script. I could never speak to a supervisor or manager on duty as I was told they are always unavailable no matter what time of day I call. Prior to signing up, I was reassured that I will see results of their work as promised and discussed. I requested calls back, sent messages through the client portal with no response from a management, just a call center rep. I finished the program and confirmed with all the credit bureaus they have not received NO communication from Beacon to disputed, resolve, remove and improve the accounts on my credit report. I am trying to buy my first home which was my "GOAL" and still is, instead, my goal could not be achieved because Beacon failed to do what was promised. I asked if I can have copies of the letters that was sent to the credit bureaus, and why does my credit report still show these accounts if they were sent to the credit bureaus to remove? The rep stated "we legally cannot give you those letters and have no way of accessing them", "we've sent everything to the credit bureaus to remove" and "the debts will stay on your credit report, otherwise all your credit history good or bad won't show anymore"? That is not what I was told by other financial advisors, mortgage brokers. I have invested all this money in Beacon with failed promises, no results, no goals no achieved, poor/lack of customer service training and no support.

    We have spoken with the client and are clearing up the confusion.  All services contracted in the agreement have been met.  The client had cancelled the program therefore they did not have access to their client portal to view documents.  We have given access back to them she will contact us after reviewing. I will update the outcome after we speak to them again.

    I spoke with the manager, not to clear up any confusion, but discuss the misrepresentation of their services rendered prior to signing up with their program and how they are going to resolve the issue. I am still seeking the my original ask for resolution to fix my credit and reach a reasonable refund amount. I will be contacting the manager back as soon as able as I work and this has been a disruption of my day.

    We have spoken to the client at length on 10/17 to try to resolve this matter.  It seems the client also entered a Credit Repair program through another company and is getting the two programs confused.  We have reviewed their file in detail and have provided the services we were contracted for.  We went through all calls and correspondence associated with this file and they were never told a manager was not available nor have any of their messages gone unanswered.  The client had cancelled the program therefore they did not have access to their client portal to view documents.  We gave access back to the portal so they could review everything that has been done.  We have also offered to continue to work on their file (they cancelled back in January 2022), at no cost.  *************** was going to call us back after she had more time to talk, however she has not contacted us.  We have also tried to call her to see if we can resolve this matter.  To say we are misleading is very unfair and inaccurate.

    The Mgr and I did discuss the complaint on 10/17/23 and called and left numerous messages on the mgr direct line on 10/20/23 @ 3:05pm PST, 10/24/23 @ 12:16pm, 10/27/23 @ 8:33am PST and texted,no call answer, always voicemail and no call backs until 10/30/23.  The business response is a false misrepresentation of our conversation. My business transactions with another company has no relevance to this to complaint.  And to confirm, I am no longer doing business with that company and not getting the programs confused as stated here. I do not agree that the business reviewed my file, nor went through all calls (3 yrs of monthly calls, roughly 30mins each); required check-in calls per the program.  I do not agree that the correspondences were reviewed, and I have submitted a lot of documents while in the program. The services rendered were NOT fulfilled as explained prior to signing up with Beacon. The mgr contacted me on 10/31/23 @ 4:35pm PST and we spoke briefly that I was not able to talk and claims to not have received any of my calls was false and I can provide phone records.  The mgr and I agreed for me to call and text him with a time that works best for me because I work! I have called and texted on 11/3/23 @ 12:55pm PST, texted no answer; called @ 3:07pm no answer, left message; 3:08pm & 3:09pm PST, called main office line, music plays and turns into a busy signal, four times; called and left msg @ 3:11pm PST on mgr voicemail. I have not heard from the mgr since.

    I would like to reopen the complaint due to the fact that I was not really busy at work and with the ?? Holiday I was not available to contact the business within the 5 day expiration date. 

    My concerns is the same, the business did not provide the services as discussed prior to signing with their business.  This has been discussed in our pevious calls and the resolution was a refund. 

    I spoke with the manager today to discuss further and will contact me after talking with upper management.

    I entered into an agreement with this company to resolve debt. After the process, NONE of the accounts I paid to have resolved were resolved. Last year I had to resolve some on my own which resulted in a partial refund as the manager I talked to stated she would make sure the other accounts were handled correctly and resolved per contract. I followed everything that was asked of me and this company has dropped the ball after giving them a second chance to fix their mistakes. I would like the remainder of my money back with having to deal with all of this for over 2 years now. $5000 as an ACH refund to the same account my monthly payments were drafted out of on time each month. I paid for a service and this company did not follow through on their end. Pictures attached of accounts. Info was sent in on all of them. After my graduation I was told not to send anymore info and they should all be resolved by June 2023 as you can see, none are resolved.

    Both my husband and I enter a 3 year contract with BMS we entered 13 accounts and paid $352.00 monthly. We were promised not only that our credit scores would be higher, but that our credit would be cleaned. It ended up that we were served for court and i had to pay for all the Credit Cards that were entered in the contract, now we want to refinance but the cards that were in the contract with BMS and are still in his credit now have to get paid first. We paid BMS all that money for 3 years in seek of help and we got none. We feel that BMS is not what they say they are, but scam honest, trusting and desperate people seeking help.

We have spoken to the client to come to a mutual agreement.   We do our best to provide great service to all of our customers. They come to us because they are already in a difficult situation, and it is a stressful time. We try to keep people informed and let them know what to expect. Unfortunately, everyone's circumstance is different, and results can also vary depending on many factors.  There seems to have been confusion from the point of enrollment all the way up to cancellation. The insinuation that we are a scam is unfair and misleading.

    I enrolled in BMS in March of 2020. I was told by several employees and their mission statement that my credit would increase, after also taking their lead to monitor credit report, which they didn't do and keep all other accounts in good payment standings and no late fees. I enrolled one credit card. In almost a year, BMS did not make any promise or really even find the credit card all the while I paid them $1322. There was never any contact with the company, phone calls, emails,etc. I feel I basically paid them to do nothing. I ended the contract in January of 2021 as I had started hearing bad things and reviews. Needless to say, my credit is worse and I am out of $1322. I work for a very large company and have definitely put up warning signs and emails to stay away from BMS!

    I was told initially when I signed up for the course that at the end of the program I would receive all money back if I didn't reach ***********. I started at about a 620 score and I've graduated from the program and my credit is at 480. I have asked to be refunded and why I was never reimbursed for all the collection calls. I spoke w ******* multiple times and she explained I need to keep current accounts out of collections which is true. I asked to be refunded and she presented it to a higher up and was rejected. this company states I then harassed them when they wouldn't listen to me or give me someone higher than *******. This company should be shut down and out of business for lying to clients.

    We have reviewed the clients file in detail and have provided the services pursuant to our agreement. We spoke with ************** on 5/5 and explained why her credit score had decreased.  We also went over ways to help her rebuild it.  Unfortunately, we have no control over the accounts that are not in our program, she had paid her automobile loan late 4 times in the last 12 months which will have a significant impact on her score and has nothing to do with the program.  We advise our clients that they need to continue to pay all accounts on time every month that are not enrolled in the program, in order to obtain a 700 credit score. Unfortunately, she did not keep his payments current with creditors that were not enrolled. We have no control over that. We do our best to provide great service to all our customers. They come to us because they are already in a difficult situation, and it is a stressful time. We try to keep people informed and let them know what to expect. Although we described our companys services to her and in the Services Agreement, he signed when enrolling, it appears that he did not understand our services. The Company desires to provide as complete a customer care experience to its customers as possible. 

    We talked to ************** several times since 5/5 and tried to come to an agreement. She was yelling and using extremely vulgar language with the supervisor and account managers.  She continued to call several times consecutively and said she would keep calling and harassing us.

    They talked to me on 5/5 telling me how to increase credit but was never initially told this everytime I would have a follow up call monthly with a rep.

    I had numerous calls from creditors which they claim you can get money for every call which I kept a log of and never received a dime. Everytime I would have my monthly meeting I would mention it and nobody had an answer? I should be owed money on the calls plus my money back for not receiving **********.

    This company is not true to their word and don't even explain things thoroughly.

    I've listened to all calls, and everything was explained thoroughly as well as outlined in the agreement that was signed by ***************  We have tried to come to an agreement with the client several times however it appears that she is not satisfied and will not speak to us without using vulgar language.  She was fine with everything until she realized that her credit score was a 480, which is due to 4 late automobile payments over the last 12 month.  Unfortunately, we cannot control her score if she is not making payments to her secured debt that were not part of the program.  It is an unfair statement to say that we lie to our clients.

    I was contacted by this company with a promise to help with my credit card debt and then receive help on increasing my credit score. I am getting calls and notices by mail for 12 accounts I paid them over $3000.00 dollars to fix. They absolutely did not do what they promised! I want a full refund for the money I paid them to go to the creditors they said they would take care of. My credit score went down and they are showing as charge offs . This was never discussed and the debt was sold so I have other companies contacting me for money. I am also being told they will **** Beacon management Services scammed me out of this money and never did what they said they would do. Please help.

    We have made several attempts to contact Ms. *** since we received this complaint.  Although she cancelled out of the program a year ago, we would still like to help her out and come to a resolution.
