      This is the most unprofessional and unethical debt collector I have ever dealt with.They garnished my wages. I called them and worked out a lower garnishment due to the cost of living. It never went through after 3 months; they blamed it on the sheriff.Then I refinance my house to pay off debt. They were paid in full on Aug 8th. Yet they still, to this current day, are still garnishing my wages. They hold over $4,000 in overages. No one knows where the money is, and they refuse to help ****** guy claims checks with overages were sent to me, another guy is claiming there are no checks on file that he can see, and I just have to sit here and ******* company said they will have to garnish and send my wages to the sheriff again this week because they haven't received a termination.They have had their money for almost a month now, and yet they just continue to garnish wages.They yell at you, play mind games with you, tell you they don't care, and it's your fault for getting into debt. They are unhelpful people who basically tell you "F*ck Off" we couldn't care less about you and your problems. WE JUST WANT MONEY AND MORE THAN YOU OWE US.

      This is a litigated matter in **************************** Case No. L21-03956. BBB has previously advised no response is required on litigated matters since they are being handled in the court system. Please advise if any further information is needed.  Otherwise, we have closed our file on this Complaint.  Thank you.
