    In July 2024, I hired The Grounds Guys of ******* for a small front yard project that included demolition of existing turf, installation of new turf and a putting green, and upgrades to the irrigation system. The work was estimated to take two weeks, but stretched over nearly three months with ongoing delays and poor communication.The workmanship was consistently disappointing:Turf installation was poorly executededges were not properly secured, multiple areas were damaged within weeks, and the overall result looked unprofessional despite several follow-up visits.The putting green was especially frustrating: its uneven, sloppily installed, and clearly not within the teams capabilities.Irrigation work was ineffective, with ongoing issues and patchwork fixes that failed to solve the problems.I reached out at least four timesby phone and textrequesting a resolution and warranty information. I was met with silence every ******* this point, I dont expect the issues to be resolved. Im submitting this complaint so that other homeowners arent caught in the same situation. Im not someone who expects perfectionbut I do value partnership, honesty, and basic accountability. Unfortunately, none of that was present in this experience.
