DO *** USE GROUPON or any other voucher for this! ***** ******. First off on ******* it is listed as "********************" in *********. The link to redeem the voucher is under the name "Luxury Jet Ski Rentals." There are 2 locations in ********* in Downtown and *************. This ******* is a scam. When you go to view the voucher which is the only way to redeem and use it, it says that you can use it Monday Through Friday from 9am to Noon. No weekends, and no holidays. When you go to redeem the coupon online it is very confusing and contradicting. First under "vouchers" it gives you a link and there is no availability at all. To see the entire availability aka non voucher, full paying customers there is availability. There is a section to redeem vouchers but it does not work at all. I called "Luxury Jet Ski Rentals" and the woman says that ******* is first come first serve and they do not do reservations over the phone. This is true as on the phone message it states that they do not do reservations over the phone due to confidentiality. The woman says to try the ************* one as they may have more availability. The ************* one does not answer at all. I called ******* to get a refund and they only have a chat or email. No person to talk to. I chatted with a woman who was no help. She said that because the voucher was viewed, it is considered redeemed and that nothing can be done. Again the only way to redeem the voucher is to view it and to get the redemption code. As you can see, it is going nowhere. I feel bad for myself and others who got the bait and switch, especially out of town visitors who look forward to enjoying ********* activities. I think that this is a scam on behalf of ******* who turns a blind eye and "Luxury Jet Ski Rentals" who is not providing a service and stealing people's money. -10 stars!
