We stay here California Suites for a few years since pandemic. And had some issues with the electricity in our room. We asked to switch rooms and we got told "No, that if we want to change room that our rent would increase. Which I don't think is fair for the simple fact everyone else around the area has to which room. You can smell the mold coming from the walls as you walk down the hallway was just in the bathroom you could smell it in the restroom and not to mention the carpets around the building I am an asthmatic and all this vote is not good for my lungs not to mention our microwave went out a couple months ago and ****** we supposed to be the business consultant set that in order for us to replace the microwave we have to pay for it ourselves again I don't think that's right the whole building smells like mold there's holes in the walls from water damage that maintenance had cut out so I'm assuming dry which is still unpatched and what is your place with that air freshener since in the hallway again if you walk through the Halls you can smell the mold instead of replacing the carpet that's moldy they just had a shampoo I have pictures and proof of all of this this isn't right if something needs to change with ******.Business response

I am very sorry for the experience you are having here and thank you for helping us to make this hotel becoming a better place. We will definitely work on the hallway carpet, thank you again for pointing it out.
As I remember, your electricity issue, our maintenance supervisor and our electrician went into your room fixed everything already. If you still have any problems, feel free to let me know, we would like to check it out and to make it 100% right for you.
We never switch rooms for our monthly guests, unless the guests want to change into the different type of unit. From the conversation I had with one of you last time, it looks like you guys are interested in upgrading into the stove top unit, which there will be a fee difference. I am more than happy to give more information and work things out with you guys.
Anyways, we always try to help our guests and make things right for everyone, if you have any concerns, I would like to meet with you to discuss face to face and see what we can do to work things out for you. Thank you.
