    Genesis painted and remodeled my home with decorative foam crown moulding on the window trims. My windows are now leaking, and we are still waiting for Genesis to call us back! Other than the painting their work is shabby at best! They literlly have one guy doing all the work, instead of a team, who is supposed to know how to do all the different expertise of work! The cool wall is not all that either! Its kind of shiny and plasticky looking! We could have went to ********** and random hired workers who could have done the same job for a fraction of the price! Getting them to complete the work initially promised was grueling! We went with Genesis for the warranty, and now they dont even call back in an emergency! Dont be fooled by the by the friendly salesman who will promise you the world! We definitely feel duped!

    This review is beneath the BBB standards. IT is full of misrepresentations by an individual who held payment hostage after demanding much additional uncontracted work. Painting customer complaining about leaking windows and going keyboard crazy posting multiple reviews disparaging an entire team of individuals who worked under over bearing, rude, demeaning, and passive aggressive customer behavior. ********************** has an excellent reputation. Some people don't want to be helped. Just read the review and you know who this is.
