      Crooked. Overcharged hundreds of hours of care for 1st 3 months . Then said it was a mistake .Good thing we were tracking hours.Inept administration and nursing staff.Bottom line is their priority . Ignoring and forgetting about customers and clients is their routine. What a scam of a business . Stay away.Found a much better company . ********* **** ****** .
