    I ordered a pair of shoes and they never came and when I called the number it just hangs up the email has not responded back to me from this business this thissporty s the name of the company

    I ordered 2 designer bathing suits and after taking my funds, about 1 week later, I received one adult tee shirt instead - no bathing suits. Based on previous reviews, it is clear this company is a COMPLETE SCAM. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

    I have still not received my order. There was tracking information generated but only AFTER I submitted this complaint. And the order is still in process not shipped and it has been close to 3 weeks since I first placed the order. I would like to keep this matter open until I receive all of the items I ordered.

    I placed an order with this company on February 10. I have been trying to contact them about shipment but have gotten no response. I also paid extra for expedited shipping. I also emailed them to cancel my order but they never responded.

    I received an email stating that my order was shipped out on February 26.  Ive been checking the tracking status and its still in *****.  I paid extra for expedited shipping but I have not received it yet.  This has been going on since February 10.  Its almost a month since I placed my order and Id still like a refund!!!

    This business charged me for shoes that I ordered back on August 30th 2023. I bought 3 pairs and they came to the military base in ****** ** where I was stationed. They delivered my shoes to the wrong building and they went back to the shipper. Once they got the shoes back from me they informed me that they could not ship them back for free. I offered to pay additional money for the shipping. They denied my request told me they would not ship me the shoes back and that I could get 30% off my next order. So I took the liberty of disputing it with my bank Navy federal. They gave me the money back and then took it away from me again. Because they kept asking for random information at random times. I would submit it when I would see it. They determined since it had been about 4 to 5 mo the out I couldnt dispute this stuff anymore. Even with emails showing proof. I have all evidence and chat threads now. These charges as well as other charges went onto my navy fed account and threw it into the negative. I had to pay back nearly $500 and my credit score plummeted 100 points due to me not having strong credit anyway. I need you all to investigate this and send me information to send over to my bank. I notice there are lots of other complaints and reviews. If you all can prove that this business isnt legit then I can proven get my money back for these charges.

    I ordered a pair of ***** Jordans since December 28 2023 I have not yet received my husband shoes i tried tracking them it said they couldn't be delivered I asked for a refund or to re send them to a new address and still have not got any answer or fefund it's be over a month already it's rediculos

    I ordered a custom hat & a pair of tennis shoes ****** knockoffs) from this company Thissporty.com on January 22 after correspondence from a ***** about size, custom printing for a total of $126. They were supposed to be a ********* based company ( ******, ** ??). On 1/29 I received email stating Shipped but by a ******* company *** Express & a tracking #.. I tracked it all the way from some ******* city thru L.A. to my home. First red flag was ***** not *********, next a regular car w a young ******* lady came up to me & handed me a package about like a regular manila envelope I asked her where was the second pkg bc shoes couldnt fit in package .. she said thats it.. I told her no I have a pair of tennis along with this .. she checked her car of packages.. nope.. since then Ive emailed with pictures the supplier Thissporty support at least 10 emails ( they responded Delivered but wrong hat no shoes!!! So I contacted my credit card company and have plenty of ************************ of every email, receipts, transcript of EVERYTHING so my credit card company is going to investigate this company and find out what happened to my tennis shoes plus hat not customized but paid extra for that they advised me to contact BBB also to hold this company accountable Id like my merchandise I paid for or my money back.. its saying US based but its ******* based . Tread lightly with them!!!!! I want NO STORE CREDIT NOR A DISCOUNT ON MERCH Ive already paid for!!!!

    Greetings,I was on the internet searching the real real, for designer shoes, got a suggestion to purchase official shoes on the or re-directed site, named ***********************************. Looked at their return and shipping policy and seen they had San Daigo, CA at the support location.....so I thought they were an official site until I requested my funds and or update and got a ***** shipping number. Please advise on how I should proceed, all shipping information listed below

    On January 13, ****, I ordered two items, a *********** Punisher ***************** ***** and a pair of **** Air ****** 11 JD ***** sneakers for a total cost of $147.06 dollars, after almost a month on February 1, ****, the postman delivered me one small bag that contained only the **** Punisher Black Jacket but I did not receive the pair of **** Air ****** tennis shoes. immediately tried to contact the store by phone looking for answers but the numbers do not work. I have sent several emails and I have not received any answers either. The cost of the sneakers was $86.35. I want my money back or the sneakers shoes.
