            Over the last 5-6 years, I have purchased 7 Ozeri 3x Tower Fan (44") with Passive Noise Reduction Technology. I have had to have 3-4 of them replaced since at least one of the fans stopped stopped working. I now have 2 of the replaced tower fans with fans no longer working. The last response I received from Ozeri was "We use to service fans here at our facility in *******, **********. However, due to the ever rising shipping cost, the two way shipping, in some case was close or above the actual cost of the unit. If you're interested, please let me know and I will work on offering you one at a discounted price.". I have not received a response to my email inquiring with them what was meant by a discounted price and "Why do these fans keep having issues? The fans just stop The fans themselves do not moved from the rooms they are in.".

            Keep away from Ozeri weight scales. In 5 minutes time the scale showed 8 different weights and pounds apart. Worse than their scales is customer service. I have emailed them at least 10 times with no response after I was told that they would send me a replacement scale. There are many companies out there that produce reliable products so why buy from a company with products that are third rate and customer service that is anti consumer.
