I felt very comfortable having Air Plus recently add an ** system to my house. I was impressed with their excellent workmanship on replacement of my house heater a couple of years ago. Then again, with the ** system, I was impressed by interaction with all of Air Plus employees answering numerous questions, and pointing out excellent selectable options to fit my special needs.

I had 3 old HVACs that needed replacement. Interviewed 5 companies and selected AirPlus. ***** was the salesperson and was my first point of contact. He came to the house a couple of times and asked a lot of questions about the layout (almost **** sq ft) and issues that we were having with our current systems. Eventually, ***** brought over ***, the owner of AirPlus with 35 years in the industry, to take measurements and to help figure out appropriate solutions. In the course of planning, *** visited 2 or 3 times and we always had good dialogue. We ended up replacing the 3 old HVACs with 2 Trane HVACs, including compressor, furnace, coil, ducting, electrical, and registers. *** was onsite during most of the install and his crew was very respectful, always wore masks, and did a great cleanup at the end of each days work. Job took about 6 days to complete. I had opted for final inspection with WeGreen and the *************. Each indicated an excellent install and I just received the official permit today. Im not one who writes many reviews but felt I needed to share this experience. I know how daunting it can be facing HVAC issues/replacement, but I was quite pleased with AirPlus, from the front office to sales, owners, and crew. Needless to say I highly recommend AirPlus for your HVAC needs.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Air Plus when I was looking for a company to give us a reliable diagnosis for our ailing Fujitsu mini-split after we were told by the original company that the electronics had failed and they could not guarantee that replacing them for $2300 would fix the problem. The Air Plus technician showed up on time and was absolutely painstaking in running the diagnostics. He determined the electronics were fine but the system was not running due to a refrigerant leak. When he was finished recharging the system with refrigerant and replaced connections on the condense, the system was up and running for less than a third of what the first company had quoted AND with a one year guarantee. Thanks to Air Plus, my 2022 is now off to a wonderful start!

Absolutely top ratings for AirPlus. Their workmen arrived on time, did an outstanding job of replacing our old HVAC system, which was not a simple job as it was locating on the roof of our building. The owner of the company showed up to take a look and lend a hand. The job was complicated, but they stayed until it was done. And when we first started to run it, we heard an unexpected squeaking noise; called it in, and a technician was out the next day to make the necessary adjustment. It is a joy to work with AirPlus; when you make a serious investment in top quality equipment - which AirPlus has - you want the job done right, and from beginning to end, they did excellent work.
