    They have not issued my funds for a contract worked 9 hours away via flight. This is a $2,617.10 breach and they have deposited the funds into the wrong account after stating numerous times via email and text that this account does not belong to me. After confirming with employee that this was updated to my correct account number they continued to deposit funds into the old account.

    I was employed with Aya ****** care for a travel nurse position in December 2022 for a ER in ************* **********. In January ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** of collecting my pay while not even working. I sent screenshots to this manger showing that it was not me as I showed that I no longer had any access to my time sheet to input hours and I also sent bank statements showing I had not received any deposits. I am now listed as a do not rehire through them due to someone else making a mistake. I am having a hard time finding jobs because of this! Ive sent all documentation clearing me of any of these false accusations and ** still being punished because someone else in Aya healthcare made a mistake and pushed it off on me.

    I have repeatedly asked to not be contacted by this agency. Multiple people from this company contact me on a frequent basis. *********************** specifically informed me that she placed me on the not contact list yet she continues to contact me. Please be respectful of people's wishes and privacy. Own up to your word. If you say you won't contact people then please stop harassing them.

    I considered travel nursing approx 10 years ago and contacted this company for information. I decided 9 years ago not to pursue and have asked every time I was contacted to be removed from their database and never contacted again and they continue to contact me at least twice a year despite my specific requests to never be contacted again. Its a different number every time and I block every time and they continue to text and call me.

    Under my email ************************ I previously subscribed to DocCafe now owned by Aya Healthcare.The only way to "unsubscribe " is FIRST to sign their "privacy policy " which I do NOT wish to consent to, and gives them ridiculous rights to collect and sell personal information WHEN ALL I WANT IS TO GET RID OF THEIR CONSTANT EMAILS. I would like the BBB to force them to remove my subscription WITHOUT my ever consenting to their privacy policy.
