    Got my first order and it was just an empty mailing envelope. There is no customer service number to call so I just kept reporting an issue on their website and also sending a message via their live chat ( which was never active). After 5 days of hearing nothing back I just cancelled my account and then I heard back from someone saying they could send me a new package if I would reconsider. I have said no and asked for my refund; waiting to hear back.

    This is a terrible company. They have kept me in a subscription plan that I have tried to get out of for over 4 months. I have paid over $100 for products I didn't even want!!! This is illegal and I'm contacting the ******************* today to report this company.

    I tried the product and decided not to renew my subscription because I had a bad oral allergy / dermatitis reaction, so I canceled. I got an email this morning that they were shipping me another subscription and was charged despite canceling. When I went into their system, the website is new and the subscription cancelation wasn't there. So I canceled it AGAIN. I've tried to reach customer service a number of ways to get this rectified (email, chat, instagram messenger) and no one has responded. There is no customer service number to contact. I just want my money back and to STOP receiving a product I cannot consume.

    I understand that you previously sent a request to Support to cancel your subscription, looking at your timeline we were not able to see any previous correspondence or attempts to cancel this.We respond to cancellation requests immediately once they come through our ************ Our Support Team received your messages yesterday and sent their reply on the same day. Unfortunately, during that time it was too late to cancel your order because it was already shipped and is currently on its way to you. You were given a few options on how we can resolve this, and you confirmed in your reply to us that you will refuse the item upon delivery. Our system automatically picks up these requests as soon as they occur. Once the cancellation process is finalized, we do not deliver any further orders to our customers. This policy applies to all our current subscribers. So sorry that this was not what you've experienced. No need to worry though, I can confirm that your subscription has already been canceled as of yesterday and your refund has been processed.We are passionate about our products and care for our customers. We make sure Super Greens is both rigorously tested and carefully manufactured. It is made with non-GMO ingredients, is third-party tested, and is made in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility. We're very sorry to hear that you had this kind of reaction to our product, and we hope you're feeling a lot better!

    I tried the super greens powder under the 30 day trial money back guarantee. I got it on day one, excited to try, and it tasted like mint chip ice cream.. not for me. Not only that, but it was so minty I couldnt finish the glass. I immediately emailed them asking them to honor their money back guarantee. Its been just over a week and I still never heard back from them..

    The product itself is fine but Ive been trying to cancel for 2 ************* keep on charging me! When I try to sign in they said no email on record! Now I 0$ in my account !
