    Days of transaction was October 2021 through March 2022. Five payments were made. Was not satisfied with service and reached out to merchant about issue and said would give me the refund back no questions asked but when I asked for the refund they said they would not give me the refund. They asked why I wanted the refund and explained that many mistakes were made even though I kindly asked them to fix the mistakes and they continued to make the same mistakes. The manager in charge than guilted me by saying the refund would come out of his own account if I got the refund so I let it go the first time. The second time I asked for my refund and was not given to me. The transaction dates are 0ctober 18th 2021 for $100 October 25th 2021 for $251 October 18th 2021 for $300 December 2022 for $191 March 2nd 2022 for $199

    On **** 13th 2022 I paid Code Logos to create a design for me in the amount of $334. They also offered to design a website for me in the amount of $340. Instead of charging me $340, they charged my card $651. After a conversation with them they agreed that they made a mistake and they would reimburse me back the $311. That was **** of 2022 and it is now January 2023. They keep telling me they reimbursed but they have not. I have a text chain from ***** apologizing for mistake and they will refund but still no money back. I am requesting my refund of $311. Thank you.
