      Ordered 5 pieces of furniture. ************** RCLNR was damaged on delivery December 19th, 2023.Tech. Verifies damage to chair Jan. 10, ****. I was told will take 10 weeks to obtain part from ********.Full order placed and received 12/08-12/19, yet takes 10 weeks for part?Feb. 20, ****, verified part order with customer service claim: still waiting.Buyer Beware truly applies to MorFurniture for ***************** truly applies.

      They do not stand behind their products and the extended warranty is in the businss of denying claims. Bought 2 of the same recliner chair @ the same time approx 18 mo. One looks ok - the other looks 10 years old. There is no process to talk to a manager in claims or in customer service. The answer to everything is a firm "NO" *** and I had the same experience. Our 20 year old ******** reclilners look better.DO NOT SHOP HERE.

      We purchased two expensive powered recliners due to our bad knees with previous surgeries. We were told if we purchased the 4 year "everything covered for any reason" warranty policy which was supposed to cover any and all problems and regular maintenance for 4 years -- turns out to be a joke. We called for warranty service due to the phone chargers not working in the arm rests and requesting annual service and adjustments after just over a year of ownership. They sent a service tech out who said we needed new "electric controllers" and new "lift mechanisms" in both chairs. He went back to order parts and we got a call from the service department saying: " we will not be honoring ************ as warranty due to the fact that you didn't call and report them within 5 days of purchase date????" I guess their FOUR YEAR WARRANTY is really a FIVE DAY WARRANTY............ WE WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MOR again and will be telling all our friends about this too!

      I bought a sectional less than a year ago with full warranty coverage at extra cost. Within that year, multiple things started not working on this sectional. I filed a claim with the warranty company, who came out and assessed. I was then notified that because there were multiple defects at one time, they considered this extensive damage and refused to repair the sectional. I was told that they only covered one item at a time, and only if reported within 5 days. This is a loophole that the store did not tell us. They assured us that everything would be covered for the life of the sectional or 5 years. This was deceitful in getting us to buy this item, as we were assured that if anything went wrong it would be fully covered. We are very disappointed with the quality versus the cost we paid and the refusal to make things right.

      Delivery is a joke, I had to cancel my order cause they werent willing to deliver at a later time. Driver never contacted me 30 minutes to and hour like discussed with the warehouse. Doesnt make sense that the driver is going to drive pass my house to take the delivery back to the warehouse.

      WOW! I am saddened and SHOCKED by POOR **** SERVC I received today after my bed delivery. Some back ground... a few months ago I spent $2500 on my living room/dining room area as a treat to myself after MONTHS of reoccurring trips to this MOR. Just to be sure, what I had eyes on was truly what I wanted. Went multiple times& even had my salesmen with the tape measure to be sure the fit was perfect. It was! Process was easy and I even got free delivery & the protection plan to cover damages. Went back a few times recently because I had my eyes on a canopy bedroom set after 2-3 visits to look around & be sure I had the bed of dreams.I did notice a small abnormality with the canopy bed but was assured that it was the floor ********** bed wouldn't have those defective abnormalities. I made the purchase last week& just happened to catch the final July 4th sale, spent another $1100 but I was happy. Bed delivered today, mineral colored canopy bed what do you know, the same defects with the bed I received as the floor model. I immediately called *********************** photos of the defects on the bed. Explained I was told this was NOT going to have the same problem as floor model. IT DID! I didnt want to be a headache! The rep advised I could switch out the bed w/ the same or get a diff color. I figured I would get the same bed diff color, maybe the defects wont be there. They told me I have to pay $99 for a replacement b/c the color change. So I explained to them, if you have to come to get the defective bed you sold me, why would I have to pay a $99 fee for delivery if you have to come get the defective ********* the EXACT SAME BED, different color. why would I reorder a 2nd bed when the first is proven to have abnormalities as the floor model? So now, Ive spent almost $4000, & in need of good cust serv, its nowhere to be found. Their cust.serv. **** needs training & I will writing the board re the cust.srvc & the representative I spoke to refused to give me their name.

      Ordered a 2 piece sectional couch after thanksgiving 2022. One piece came damaged(by the drivers) and it took 6 total deliveries attempting before getting a piece that had either no manufacturer damage OR damage from the delivery people! 1st delivery- drivers cut the couch with knife and scraped the corner on the ground making rug burn tear in the corner. 2nd delivery- corner had manufacture damage, where the fabric was coming unstapled. 3rd delivery- again, manufactured damaged. The seam along the whole back of the couch was uneven and coming undone it spots as well as on the the sides. 4th ************* of the drivers cut the back of the couch fabric with their knife when unwrapping it. 5th delivery- at first, appeared to be a success because there was no visual damage from the driver or manufacturer. However, when going to sit on the couch after the drivers left- it was clear that something was wrong with the interior frame work. The back of the couch was extremely wiggly and squeaky with the slightest touch. 6th delivery- after a month of trying, resulted in a piece with no damage. Spoke with several different customer service people about all the problems. Not one of them ever followed up with me after claiming to put notes on my account about all the issues. Was also promised the couch would be inspected my manager at the warehouse before each delivery attempt but that never happened because all the pieces came wrapped like new (except one-#3) The drivers even told me that the managers at the warehouse dont do that and laughed in my face at the idea that someone was going to pre-inspect one of pieces before delivery. I was told some form of compensation could be considered for all the inconveniences but it wouldnt be discussed with me until the exchange was 100% complete. No one ever called me or followed up after the exchange was complete. I had to call the next day to follow up.

      Bought a sleeper sofa for when guests stay over, and the metal sleeper frame was defective as it was installed at an angle and would not open and close properly. The metal frame was missing a grommet fastener on one of the extension arms causing the sleeper portion to not fold back into the sofa. Cheap metal fasteners were used to install the metal frame of the sleeper to the wood frame of the sofa. All of the metal s**** fasteners were installed crooked and look tacky. Sofa cushions don't lay flat on sofa due to the metal sleeper frame protruding above the front sofa wood frame. It has been weeks and still no repairs or replacements since Mor, in my personal opinion is sandbagging a satisfactory resolution to this issue. No refunds given after three days from purchase. Their protection plan which I purchased only covers cosmetic issues and doesn't cover defects or improper build quality.

      Scam,unprofessional, worst experience. Went to buy furniture for daughter moving from east coast to **********. Agreed on price and delivery charges, applied for credit, was approved next day went back to sign paper the ignorant manager increase price by +33%. Certainly a poor representation of this cheap quality furniture supplier. With all the negative reviews submitted to this Better Business site I am shocked at the lack of action this service has neglected. What does the BBB do for consumer? What further needs to be done by consumer?
