  It was a very stressful experience. First of all it was hard to get a hold of them. It took almost a year to get my project completed. Weeks would go by without anyone working on my floor. And then they just refused to do business with me any longer claiming that one reason was because my insurance company wasnt paying them enough. I had to go find a flooring company on my own because they stopped all contact with me. Because of that I was unable to receive my insurance companys guarantee on the work done. I felt that I was unprotected should something go wrong with my flooring installation. It was a mess and caused me a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights.

  911 Restoration was contracted by our insurance company to restore a pipe water leak in our guest bathroom. Although we requested a timetable and general process of the restoration we never received an answer from them. A project manager was supposedly assigned which we never met. They simply proceeded to poorly restore the water damage and replace bathroom with a low quality bathtub and fixings. Very poor quality control. Would not recommend this company for any type of repairs.

  911 Restoration of San Diego was contracted by my insurance company last year to rebuild my condo after a fire. Every single aspect of the job from paint, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, installation of medicine cabinet, hanging items, general cleaning was done poorly or incorrectly. They damaged my screens while trying to clean them, I have patches of semi gloss paint over flat (or vice versa) throughout the condo. They damaged my brand new tub while installing it. They took the electrical outlet behind my oven, put it several inches into the wall and dry walled over it so you could not access the outlet and the electrical cord of the oven was permanently inside the wall. Major code violation not to mention fire hazard. A few months after they finished the job, the very large mirror they hung above my couch fell down, almost hitting me. It damaged my walls which I had to fix and paint and damaged the mirror as well. It was confirmed by their worker who came to rehang it, it was not hung correctly. Just the other day, 14 months later, I noticed they forgot to paint the tops of my interior doors and the wood trim around my bedroom door is about 1/4" to 1/2" too short from the floor. There was no quality control. To sum it up... extremely poor quality work and overall incompetent.
