      This company operates very poorly and I also believe they may have broken some laws n the process Ive had a car loan with them for almost 2 years when out of nowhere they transferred my loan without even telling as I am aware they are not required to do but also my payments may have been falsified I believe they are a horrible loans agency and something needs to be done they shouldve even been Allowed to be in business as if you go onto the website and read reviews 80 percent of them are terrible

      My name is *********************************, My husband **** ***************************** financed a 2013 GMC Acadia Denali from this company a little over 2 years now from this company, Unfortunately I am not included on his account, Recently I've been making payments on this vehicle due to my husband passing away unexpectedly 06-11-2022. I have since then, let this company know of his passing, send them the working order regarding his death certificate because the Coroner has yet to find the cause of death, I also provided them with my marriage certificate so they can verify my relationship to my husband ( **** ***************************** ). I've done everything and have provided everything they have asked of me as well as keep up with the payments and yet I recieve 0 help from them, I hate having to explain the situation over and over because they are insensitive and incapable of understanding this difficult time me and my children are facing..

      My name is *********************************, my Jeep Liberty :VIN ***************** is financed by MEGA AUTO FINANCE GROUP (MAF)After 3 years of on time payments the vehicle was repossessed after 2 months past due even though I remained in contact multiple times per week.I stipulate it was my fault for falling behind in payments. The repossession was justified.I was notified on 7/26. I have obtained the funds required to Reinstate the contract. However the phone # to repossession company ( short recovery services) listed in the notice to sell, is disconnected. I have contacted them using various numbers available online and the do not answer, hang up or tell me they will call me back.I spoke with MAF rep ************************* or ******* or something to that effect , multiple times today August 17 2022.***** stated that my car was moved to auction.He also stated the car was being held somewhere in ****************. He refused or was unwilling or unable to provide me with the name of the company and the address or contact info of unnamed entity in current possession of the vehicle.Furthermore he stated that instead of the $70+$35x day that I would only have to pay about $118.00 a round figure he called it, again unwilling or unable to provide me with the exact figure. ***** stated that the phone # and address for ( unnamed company where vehicle is being held) would be provided later and threatened to disconnect the call if I pressed any further.
