    Verve Financial contacted me because I was experiencing hardships paying for my credit cards, which I had maxed out during financial hardships. I was making on time payments, but struggling to lower my balances. Verve Financial promised that they would deal with my creditors, get my balances cancelled due to usurious interest rates, and would help eliminate my high interest debt. I paid them what I could have paid on my credit cards for over a year, and they did nothing. I received a lawsuit last week on one of my cards, and they told me I would have to pay that one off because there was a lawsuit. Im expecting two other lawsuits now, and Verve Financial has scammed me out of $2600 which I could have used to pay my creditors. This company is a complete scam.

    I hired Verve Financial Group in October 2024 as a debt settlement company. They deducted money from my bank account monthly all the way up to May 2025 when I canceled. They never settled any of my accounts nor did they report my progress to the credit bureau. Often times they would never return phone calls. When I cancelled, they refused to refund any of my money. They did nothing for the money they received each month! It does not take 8 months to settle debt for a consumer. They just gave me the run around and took my money without offering a solution!

    I hire Verve Financial Group went I tried to get a loan last year in October. I was talking to **** ******** on **********. Every month for the past four months almost five. Every month they went into my *********** account and withdraw $235.09 for four months for a grand total of $940.36. I cancelled as of yesturday February 18, 2025. I called for a refund and first ****** said I didnt have any account he refused to tell me his last name. I called again five minutes later and the representative that answered the phone found my account and informed me that I was not entitled to a refund because I canceled the day before. She said they were going to keep all my money when they didnt do anything on my credit or paid my creditors. I want my money back.

    In July 2023, I hired the company Verve Financial Group to relieve my credit card debts. They offered me a discount, to defend my debts from banks and collectors, to remove late payments or debts from collectors from my credit, and that in case I needed legal representation, they had a legal department at Slate Financial Solutions that had lawyers who could defend me. We agreed on monthly payments and that I would no longer pay the banks, that I only had to send them the letters I received from the banks or collection agencies. On July 20 of this year, I was notified of a lawsuit in court for one of the debts to **************, they said that the legal department would take care of it and that after they reached an agreement I would pay Slate's lawyers less than what I paid Verve. On October 22, I received another letter from the justice of the peace declaring me in rebellion and forcing me to pay a higher amount than when I first contracted Verve services. When I spoke to Verve, they said I shouldn't worry, that it was just to scare me. This company works in conjunction with Slate Financial Solutions, and after starting with them, a debt from ********************* appeared on my credit, from whom I have never asked for a loan. I think that these companies are a fraud that have been collecting while they gain time while the debts go from one collector to another. I have sent emails to these three companies regarding this matter and they have not responded. I have asked them to return my money so that I can reach an agreement with the banks. So far, I have paid them $5,638.00 in monthly installments, which I ask to be reimbursed.

    I was approached by Verve Financial Services to help me with my credit card debts. They agreed to handle my issues at a fixed cost per month. I never saw any actions to help me resolve my problem. I never received access to my account and was switched from representative to representative every time I called to complain about my lack of service. Calls that were promised for certain times were never received. My original representative was ***** ******. He was replaced by another who was just as responsive as he was. I feel like I was basically scammed out of my money
