    We recently completed our trust and estate planning with this firm, and I regret the entire experience. What was marketed as personalized legal guidance turned out to be a high-pressure, boilerplate operation designed to push upsells and shift the burden of work onto the client.From the start, we were clear about our goalsto protect our home and business equity from probate. It wasnt until after payment that we learned joint tenancy already provided some protection, and that my in-laws would need to overhaul their *****, far beyond the $500 estimate we were quoted. Soon after, they started receiving sales calls for trust reviews and additional packages costing tens of thousands of dollars.The process itself was overly manual and confusing. Despite paying for legal expertise, we were left doing most of the heavy lifting ourselves. We were also quoted a much lower fee for notary services ($105), only to be toldafter signing everythingthat it was actually $230 due to an internal mistake.Its hard not to feel taken advantage of. The workshops, unclear pricing, and constant upsells paint a picture of a trust mill focused on volumenot on client care. I dont trust the documents we received, and I regret involving my family in this process.Ignore the fear tactics this place uses and find a small family firm that will take care of you

    I attended the workshop and paid $2,000. When the lawyer finally called me, she spent about 5 minutes with me, didnt answer any of my questions or give me any direction on how I should set things up. Then wanted to charge me extra for notarizing fees. Don't believe their promises. It was a waste of time dealing with them. I ended up finding a great personal estate lawyer who sat down with me and organized everything. Vanguard Legal Group does NOT do that. *** even tried contacting them to at least get my binder that was included but they wont give it to me. Youre better off going with anyone else.
