    Don't be fooled by the fake smiles and the Foundation Family Vibe. Their core values are not of value to them and lack integrity. If they don't like you, they will make sure to force you out by stonewalling, blame-shifting, and shady business. Think twice before you work for them, and participate in their charities. They violate RESPA laws for financial gain and lack systems and standard operating procedures. They have employees who don't represent the company's morals and clients have refused to work with some of them because of their sexual harassment, and low-producing agents. Find a company that finds value in YOU no matter what stage of your real estate career you're at. Choose your affiliates wisely.
