      I had solar installed on my home o In 2016. The inverter stopped working and I called into Renovate America. They someone out and it started working again. Within a month it was out again and I called.I was told I had to pay to have them come out again. I said it had gone out again within a month. So since 2017 I get a bill from SCE for over $4000.00 which I have to setup a payment plan. The only way I can stop paying for the solar, and the high yearly bill is to have the system removed from *******.

      I started the hero program in 2018. They were having landscaping done on my property. I have by pouring concrete down the pipe I filed. A lawsuit against them with the licensing board and with the bonding of hero program. Nothing was done as far as they continued to insist that I still have to make payment on this landscaping. And they put a lean on my properties. And I'm still paying it out of my property taxes every year. I feel that they should cancel this whole program. And I should not have to pay this back. Because they never finished the job. As you could see, the licensing board has proven my case. And the bond company as well. Please help me in this matter. They are taking advantage of an elderly person. And I have tried my best Uber the 60 years of paying on this to get ahold of and I am not getting to any help in this matter. And to remove that debt off my record and my taxes, please.

      ** *************************************************** my house through ****** They suggested I go through the **** program which is a government program to be paid back through my property tax. this increases my property tax by double . My problem is I want to pay off the hero program loan in its entirety. I went to hero payoff site, started putting in the information required, it said full or partial payment , I chose full . Next option said choose selling house ,refinance or debt consolidation. I wanted none of these options , I want full payoff . If I chose one of these. Options I needed further information like mortgage **** Seller of house or refinance company . I have cash and want a dammed payoff. It's very frustrating.       i purchased solar from a company called ********** solar and they signed me up on this Renovate America hero loan that i never agreed to . and when i went to refinance my home i find out that the solar company put $39000.00 on my tax bill for a solar system that was only $22113.00 but i had no idea of this amount until i tried to refinance my house. and the solar system no longer works and i have a maintenance contract but both companies are out of business !. the solar company told me they were taking care of the $9477.00 tax credit and my total is $22113.00 and i never signed any hero loan documents ... i only signed the paper im sending you

      I purchased solar for my home 9/19/2019 through *********************** at The Pace Program. ***** lied to me and told me that I would pay between $10 to $15 a month for my ********************* and receive a refund of a small dollar amount at the end of the year for the electricity that I didnt use but was generated by my solar. Every year I have had to pay a little over a $1,000 to ****** at the end of the year. In June 2022, I noticed that my ********************* was showing that I almost owed $2,000 and the year was only half over. I called ***********************. He asked if I was using more electricity. I told him my son no longer lives here, so I am actually using less. He then told me how they have had inspectors go to homeowners that complain and sometimes find they are growing marijuana. I felt this was inappropriate and assured him this was not the case! That was the last I heard from *****. He sent one email for someone to follow up, and I have gotten no where. The company that *********************** had hired to install my solar is no longer around. Never the less, my solar is under warranty with The Pace Program. They finally sent out a company to look at my solar. This company told me something was wrong with it, but they had to get back to me. They sent one other company who said I needed a whole new panel, and that my solar is under warranty. They promised to get back to me after getting;g approval. I have no phone number for either of these companies. My contact has been a woman named ******* **************). I have left her about six messages in the last two weeks and an email. I cannot get any answers or even get her to pick up the phone. My ********************* is now getting close to $3,000 fir the year. I have sent all of this info to ******* with no answers.

      I, like many others, are trying to make inquiries to get confirmation that my Hero loan is paid off and the lien has been removed from my Property and Property taxes. I noticed that you have responded on prior comments that you have not been able to reach the company but they do have an active number ************ that is Renovate America, but they simply state they are no longer associated with the Hero loan program. Not a satisfactory answer. Someone is receiving payments and the company that made the loan should be in a position to instruct you on how to get information. Instead I was provided a phone number to call that is obviously a personal number. Since Renovate America is still in business and making money, I would expect the Better Business Bureau to be able to get to the head of the company and find out why they have left so many people completely blind to any information or support.
