    They falsely promise college level accreditation with zero accreditation possible. Unscheduled price hikes. No curriculum or syllabus for courses are available. They only offer ******* level videos and falsely claim they are college level courses. They use AI to generate questions with zero 'professor' engagement. The code of conduct is arbitrary and not applied evenly. This is a zero-ethic company, which is for profit, using the Peterson name to make money.

    No systems in place to safe guard users against false claims. No systems for recourse (no due process). Slow to deliver on promises. Lacking communication, poor customer service, and lack of conflict resolution. Lack of transparent policies. Poor leadership. Lack of rules for academic integrity verses too much emphases on social behavior policing. No core curriculum or syllabi. No navigation page. Lack of exams (for courses that do have them, they provide no deeper understanding of course material). Quizzes add no extra form of meaningful engagement with the teaching material. Erosion of trust. The vision sold does not align with how the business operates in practice.
