5 starsThis company is awesome! ************** was very helpful, courteous and informative. He worked with me from start to finish by providing the necessary letters to send to the time share. He walked me through every step. I will recommend Serenity 1 LLC to anyone who is looking to cancel their Time. 5 starsSERENITY ONE HELPED ** IN A VERY STRESSFUL TIME, TRYING TO DISMISS OUR TIMESHARE, 1 WEEK EVERY OTHER YEAR AT ******************, **. THE SERENITY ONE, REPRESENTATIVE, *********************, WAS EXTREMELY VALUABLE IN SECURING OUR DEPARTURE. ***** GUIDED US ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS, CALLING AND TEXTING AND SENDING US LETTERS TO PRESENT TO THE TIMESHARE OWNERS. ***** IS VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND COMPASSIONATE IN HIS QUEST TO HELP US. FINALLY WE WERE ABLE TO DISOLVE THE CONTRACT AND GO ON WITH OUR LIVES, STAYING HEALTHY AND HELPING OUR GANDCHILDREN AS THEY ENTER COLLEGE. **********Serenity 1 LLC
