  They are scammers. I asked them to stop calling me and showing up at my home which they did not respect. Then an employee texted me from her phone, while representing her company, to call me a clown, crybaby, freak, and other nasty names. Then when I left a review on ****, their CEO ***** found out where I worked and called them to harass my office and boss and lied about me to them to try and get me fired. This company is run by awful, awful people who will harass you and insult you if you dont want to be constantly called for their scam and overpriced work. My neighbors have also experienced the non-stop soliciting and one even said they pretend to be part of your HOA as a tactic to get business. I even found on **** and ****** reviews that they are using their own employees to post reviews and boost their score. This is evident because the woman who harassed me was named ******* B and she didnt even bother to make a fake profile to post her 5 star review pretending she was a customer.

  We worked with Sun Coast Remodelers to fix several issues with our house. ******** ***** was the sales representative, and **** was the project manager. We received timely support and communication from the team through the multiple projects we engaged Sun Coast Remodelers on. The repairs initially started with replacing windows and doors off the upstairs bedroom and bathroom that were experiencing significant wood rot. This project was completed to our satisfaction, and we decided to expand the work we would do with Sun Coast Remodelers.We then expanded the window replacement to address additional windows and doors. As we began working on the project the window pricing from the manufacture (Anlin) was increasing and we worked with Sun Coast to maintain the price at the original levels and increase the scope of work to tackle any window or door with issues. In the end, we replaced over two thirds of our windows and doors. The replacements were done timely and cleanly and we have noticed significant improvement in our ability to easily open windows and doors as well as keep the house sealed. The window and door replacement led to our third project with Sun Coast Remodelers, which was stucco repair and recoating of the house. Sun Coast advised us we would need to do this due to the work on the windows and was not a surprise. The last project ended up being a full roof replacement. Initially we were preserving the tile and just replacing the underlayment. Just as we were starting the project our insurance company wanted the tile replaced as well. Sun Coast Remodelers were able to adjust the schedule and obtain the new tile to help us meet the requirements of our insurance company. We had a lot of work done on the house and we are very happy with the outcome. The house looks like new. The support from Sun Coast Remodelers, ********, and **** helped us resolve the problems we had with the home and worked with us through the 4 projects.

  I hired Suncoast Remodelers to paint my roof and they did great job, i had more than five estimates at that time, they were not the cheapest but the best deal for the work they did.i hired them to replace my backyard Patio cover again. and i will do in the future wheni need work to be done.thank you for your work ethic.

  Suncoast Remodelers did windows for me twice, first time I only did half and then later did the second half. They came on time were very respectful when measuring and then again when installing. they were very easy to work with and I have referred them to friends. They were great and was happy to get all the window completed by them.************

  I would give this low-flying, scamming "company" zero stars if I could. I was foolish enough to answer my door and talk to a charming, sincere young man about the kind of widow for which I had been looking for months. He immediately said, "We can do that!" Wow! My prayers were answered by this ***** unaware. He quoted me a price for the window, but would only do the job if I bought two more windows at the "friends and family" rate that he would give his own parents. I happily agreed. The window I wanted was installed, but I have yet to see how it does when it rains. The other two windows were the wrong size, one too big, and the other too little. The installers cut down the studs to make one fit, and left gaping 1" gaps around the other. I objected and told them I expected windows to fit. The nice salesman came back and made several calls to both his supervisor and boss and came up with a deal. If I agreed to spend $10,000 on landscaping, they would replace the smaller window "free." OR If I bought more windows at the "friends and family" rate they would make good on the small window. I suggested that I buy the new extra window for half their cost, splitting the extra expense to both parties. The salesman, supervisor, and boss "miscommunicated" over a period of days and then agreed. After second thought, I decided to keep the smaller window with all the foam around it rather than spend even more money on a loser of a project. I will contact the **************** ************************* once it rains and I see if the window they installed into a blank wall is actually waterproof.

  *** Coast was referred to us to install a new roof on our home - estimate process as very long and overwhelming. Besides a scheduling conflict at the beginning, the roof install was clean and professional, we were satisfied.We also purchased blown-in insulation to be done with our roof. Blown-in was not preferred, but sold to us as a "better product" - the insulation was blown in from the outside of the house and not evenly spread in the attic space.Since we had a good roofing experience, we brought *** Coast back out to quote us on exterior improvements. We originally wanted a price for plaster repair on the house, new plaster on our detached garage, removal of old siding at the front of the house with new plaster where siding is, and paint. Pretty basic upgrades.Again, the sales exercise was BRUTAL!!! We should have said no so many times! 3 hours later and a huge price tag, we were overwhelmed and told we had to decide that day or we wouldn't get a discount, we reluctantly agreed and signed a contract. BIG MISTAKE!!!! We originally wanted a hand full of improvements, but agreed to new windows (didn't need them or to spend the money), some carpentry work to repair a couple swing door openings, alternate siding, plaster work, and cool wall coating - all we now know is this companies entire game! The install of our improvements took 2 months, the crews at our house could not communicate with us and were not qualified to do the work we paid for.This company is VERY expensive and they provide cheap labor and cut every corner so they can make a buck. They do not listen to customers unless you live in an up-scale neighborhood, they judge their customers and take advantage of anyone they can.We are experiencing issues with our exterior improvements and I have to hope *** Coast will honor their warranty and be the good company they claim to be.I do not recommend *** Coast.

  I had a very pleasant experience with Sun Coast Remodelers regarding a recent patio cover and solar windows. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The installation crew was quick and efficient and thorough with clean up. I would recommend Sun Coast to family and friends without hesitation.
