    I did business with VersaCheck in 2002 and had great results with their product on my Windows XP computer. I needed an update to work on my Windows 11 computer so I tried to download the basic current version. Their current business is HORRIBLE. They overcharge. They over-charged my credit card $45 for a $19.95 download purchase. They took 2 months to respond to complaints. My credit card company has never received a response from VersaCheck. The person who finally called me back speaks too fast and with an accent so I cannot understand him. When I tell him I need him to speak slower, he refuses. When I comment about his speaking speed and accent, he gets offended. VersaCheck has become a rip off company with ***** customer service.

    its taken me 3 hours to print one check. There is no way to support, other than waiting upto 48 hours. I am very frustrated.

    They charged me for items that I unchecked. There's no way to contact them. They do not respond to emails or chats. There is no phone number unless you pay a fee to call them. They run this as a scam. I never received a validation certificate that I have to have to make the checks valid. I will call my credit card company to dispute the charges.

    I used Versacheck software for many years when I had my business and had no complaints. However, I recently discovered that this company no longer cares about it's customers. I installed the software on my new computer last year. Then the hard drive failed so I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled the software. I had to request a reset of the validation code. They agreed to do that. Then, last week, Windows crashed into a weird loop and wouldn't boot up. So I was forced to install fresh version of Windows. I then installed all my programs, including Versacheck. When I entered validation code, it returned error that the code was already used. I went to Versacheck Help and was told...too bad, you've used it on 2 computers and we can't restore the validation. The agent gave me 55 prints - yet I have at least 175 pages of checks. I explained I only have one computer and asked for more prints. I was told I can buy another license. And then he abruptly ended the chat. I am done with them.

    I AM A PAYING MEMBER AND CAN NOT EVEN LOGIN THE WEBSITE. AFTER LOGIN ONCE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO LOG BACK IN TRYING TO RESET THE PASS A DOZEN TIMES AFTER THE "PASS RESET" THE EXACT PASS THAT WAS RESET DOES NOT WORK THIS IS TERRIBLE. I PAID FOR THE "GOLD SERVICE" AND I REALLY AM NOT FEELING GOLDEN AT THIS POINT. NO PHONE NUMBER NO CUSTOMER SERCIE THE ****** FUNCTION TAKES AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE THEN ONCE CONNECTED THEY JUST DISAPPEAR. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLUS 500 FOR MY TIME WASTED.

    If i could give this company ZERO stars I would have. I have used Versacheck for my business since 2012. I bought a new computer in 2016 and I tried to transfer the software over to the new computer and they would not allow it. They said I needed to buy another software for the new computer. So, I continued using the old computer just to do my check writing for my business. When I traveled, I had to take 2 computers, very inconvenient. I updated the windows system every time I could so that I could continue using this software. Obviously, that was not an issue. Then, the other day the Versa Check software crashed! TOTALLY!!!! I tried to contact them via email, no reply, I tried to contact them via live chat, it wasn't working. Finally, after days of trying to contact them, I bought the online 2023 Professional software for $199 because it said that the Professional one came with phone support. They lied. I continued writing them via email and they finally contacted me back via email and said I have to buy their phone support. $29 for 15 min and $1 for every minute after. CRAZY!!! I emailed them the link and the exact words on their website stating that the Professional program came with phone support, CRICKETS....... no response at all. They refuse to contact me. So, I continued checking the live chat and a week later it finally started to work, or so I thought. When I wrote to them what I was trying to chat about, they came back and said that there was no agent there to talk to me, to try again later. Again, they were avoiding my problem and me. I would NEVER recommend this service or software to anyone. They have terrible customer service. It's a shame, since the actual software is good. Unfortunately, I will be changing to another check writing program after all these years. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!!
