    The Mobisystems Office Suite 365 was offered to me as a trial with the stipulation that I would receive a notice IF I wanted to purchase the upgrade. Then, I received a call from my debit card institution that Mobisystems was about to charge me $69.99. So, I had to I cancel my debit card right there and then. Then, without warning all my desktop computer files were taken OFF of my regular Desktop. They vanished! from where the files had always been---and relocated somewhere else on my computer. (I'm not really sure where they are being stored.) Many of the files were relocated into the "cloud". Downloading them back from the "cloud" to my computer was time consuming and took about six hours. ( I chose to abandon some of the files because of the time it would take to retrieve them.) (Many of the files contained personal information (e.g. date of birth, SS number, everything!.) I never wanted storage space in the "cloud"...I wanted my files to stay safely on my own computer. Now, I am left with the task of sorting through 50 desktop folders and hundreds of files to get all the files back to where they belong. Fortunately, I had a already made a backup of my computer files a year ago... onto thumb drives!!!!

    I had a bad experience with Mobisystems.On December 10, 2023 I thought I would try their Office Suite, but I did not like it. They charged me $83.88 on the same day.When I knew I would not use their software, I immediately asked for my money back the following day on December 11, 2023.Since then I have been sending emails asking for a refund and they would always reply "We are looking into it and will get back to you."Now they say that since my request for refund is outside the 30 day resolution/claim period that they cannot refund my $83.88.Conclusion: ************ siingle-handedly decided to keep my money. Any other reputable business would probably gladly give me my money back.

    I find Mobisystems to be the worst company that I have ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with, and I sincerely hope that no one else will purchase anything from this unscrupulous company. I was offered a free trial with MOBI systems with the *** Extra program and I excepted this trial subscription. The trial subscription was scheduled to end on April 12, 2023. I canceled via email the trial subscription on April 10, 2023. The email stated that it would take a couple of days for this to be enacted yet here we are on 24 April, 2023 and I have sent three emails or more to MOBI systems, demanding that they cancel this trial subscription and stop trying to charge my bank account. I have called tech-support talked to tech-support about the situation and was advised to send a copy of the emails that are being sent saying that they cannot attach my bank account yet. they are still continuing to try to obtain funds from my bank account despite the fact that I have been told by two or three representatives via email that the account has been canceled. This is very disconcerting to me that this company is such an unscrupulous mess and continues to operate on a daily basis. I have read the reviews prior to my filing this review and it seems that everyone is having the same problem with this company. So I am going to take my complaint a little bit further than this because Im not going to have this company continuously trying to take something from me that legitimately does not belong to them. They will not steal from me not today not tomorrow, nor any other day.
