    BUYER BEWARE!I purchased and downloaded the Smartdraw software as I was designing a living room addition to my house. The software worked fine and was helpful.Flash-forward a year later and I receive a $120 renewal charge for the software without warning. It was never clear, at least to me, that Smartdraw was a subscription service. An auto-renew was setup with PayPal behind the scenes. This feels like a very dishonest business practice and an underhanded way to basically steal money from unsuspecting customers.I will be deleting Smartdraw and filing a complaint with PayPal. It is sad that a business will s**** over customers for a quick $120.
