    Resort Recovery Solutions LLC (RRS) is a contracted client for Hotel ******* Cancun Trust 3 (KRCC) and in that capacity RRS responsibilities include resolving delinquent past due accounts assigned by KRCC.  The account was assigned on 9/9/24. As of 2/4/2025 *** has not reported this to any ************* Agencies.  This account has been cancelled in all ************ preventing any future ************* Reporting. An email was sent to **** detailing this complaint and informing them the account would be cancelled in all RRS systems.  RRS does not have the authorization to resolve any **** member rental or refund concerns.  The member will have to contact **** directly to resolve any rental or refund issues.

    Please advise if RRS can provide any further clarification

    We sold a time Share back in 2020.Apparently is was a total fraud, but none the less we paid the time share to transfer our account to ***************, and when the Resort recovery solutions first reached out, they asked for me to provide any documentation that I had. I emailed ***** ***** on Oct 7th attachments showing that it was sold and acknowledged by the resort. Today I received a letter from there company as a debt collector, where they are sending the letter to the wrong address it was forwarded to my new address from my old address. The company has my email and number. I have provided all required documentation and they continue to ignore documentation that was sent to them stating that we owe $3748.82. I just emailed ***** ***** again today on Dec 7th. I do not want to continue to receive debt collection for something I no longer have and was sold even though I never received any money for the time share. Huge scam and I do not intend to pay anything additional on a time share not owned by me. Especially when I have documentation saying it was transferred to another party.

    Good morning reviewed all attachments (based on internal system documentation the last time this information was requested was on 10/7 via email to *****************************) and the documents provided are validation that the ********* completed all the required procedures for Grand Solmar Certificate of Ownership release. Additionally, the documentation received is the only request that Resort Recovery Solutions was requiring to resolve the account amicably for the consumer. There will be no more consumer communications to collect a debt on behalf of Grand Solmar.
