      First, we do not have a ***** ******* in our system so would guess you have the wrong company, you may be looking for CREDIT CORP SOLUTIONS, they are a different company. Also without stating what proper procedure was not followed it would make it hard for anyone to respond, if you feel CREDIT SOLUTIONS CORP is the correct company we will need more information to locate your file such as SSN, an account #

      This account is for a ********************** card Mrs. ******* had with Resource one credit union and defaulted on. The account was placed with CSC for collection on the $671.50 still owed. I don't show we received a request for documents. But we will get them from the Credit Union and forward to Mrs. ******** if she wishes to resolve her account she can contact us at ****************

      The Burden of Proof falls on the collection agency not the consumer (me). I find it very concerning that this collection agency is not complying with legal requests. I request that the collection agency provide proof that they sent debt validation, as is my legal right. If the collection agency can't provide proof, I demand this account be removed from my credit report as is my right per FCRA SECTION 623.(a)(i). This is my last request before I file a formal complaint with the **** and FTC.

      As stated before we have requested the documentation to validate the account and will send it to Mrs. ******* via certified mail once we receive it, the law allows us 30 days to respond.
