      This company has a unique business model. They collect orders and payment and then when they have enough orders, they go to production. The ussual turn around time is about 3-4 months. I have ordered from them many times. The last order I placed was in April 2022 and there is an item that has not been shipped. The total is about $80. The last time they replied to an email was October 2022 and they said they had just received an infusion of capital and hoped to fulfill orders by the end of the year. On social media I see many others complain about orders from spring 2022 not having been fulfilled, but this company took payment. They no longer reply to emails nor to social media requests. I want my order or I want my money back. Thank you

      This brand makes great clothes that include larger sizes for women who dress like a tomboy. It is a unique business model. I think what they do is gather orders (they take the full amount of money when you place the order) and once they've hit a certain threshold, they go into production thereby eliminating the need to have inventory (money) sitting on a shelf. It has required some forethought as a customer because if you order something in spring you will get it a few months later when the seasons may have shifted. This year I received a partial shipment of an order that I placed in April and, 8 months later I have not received the rest of that order which I paid for in full back in April. When I email them I am sent a link to click on to see shipping updates. The link leads me to sign in and look at my order status page where there is no info. They claimed that they had sent an email update back in October. I searched and did not find any email, so they re-sent it to me. The email was just a long letter about how they are struggling and thanking customers for their patience. They have stopped answering my emails. I have seen other customers leaving comments on the Dapper Boi Instagram page complaining about not receiving orders after waiting for **** months and we have all paid in full. I know they probably struggled through covid and I hope they stay in business because I really like their clothes but clearly they are in the red and customers are not happy.
