I went to the Luv carwash and was guided into the tunnel on to the Rollers crooked and instead of the employee Pushing the emergency Stop button he allowed my car to drop down onto the roller severing one of my tailpipes and destroying my bumper ?? I filed a damage report to no avail . No one so much as called to Say hello...This is unacceptable to me ...Then I'm told by employers I have to be nice to corporate are else they will prolong repairing my car ...THE *****Initial Complaint

BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS! My wife went to LUV's local Exton car wash back in March, and they convinced her to buy a ONE MONTH car wash card. She specifically asked if it was for just ONE month without any reoccuring charges. The person at the ***** location said that it was for just ONE Month with mo other strings attached. Lo and behold, we subsequently for several new charges!Initial Complaint

I bought a membership for $10.00 monthly 6 months ago and I just notice on my bank statements that the have withdrew $22.99 twice each months since December 2023. I have tried to contact them several times without a response. I left messages with no return call as to why they have withdraw twice a month and about canceling and refunding my money from the extra withdraws they took out.Initial Complaint

On May 17, 2024 around 12:50 I entered the Luv Car Wash on ****************************, ** location. I was directed to drive on the rail to start the wash, after the wash was completed upon driving I immediately noticed that the light for the flat tire turned on, I immediately pulled to the drying area and got out of the car and noticed that the front driver side tire was loosing the air and the tire immediately got flat in two minutes. Please see the picture. I called the supervisor and explained to him that I have no air in the tire, He offered to help me with the spare tire, I had to call my husband to come and take care of the issue for me, because I could drive to home. As he arrived he noticed that the tire sensor is broken, please see the pictures. He took the tire to the repair shop and I waited in the Luv Car Wash for about 1 hour. He fixed it temporarily until we replace the sensor, because without the sensor the light will stay on and it wont show the tire pressure. The next day my husband took the car to the shop and purchase a new sensor which cost us $75.00.I file a claim with the manager, ****** at the Luv Car Wash the same day. I received an email today, May 31, *************************************************************************************** that my tire was already damaged and it was not their wrong doing. I have 4 Michelin Tires in perfect condition. There is no way that I would have driven with a damage flat tire and a broken sensor to the car wash, who could drive 5 mile with flat tire and why anybody in the right mind would do that. They just don't want to accept that it was their machines that cause this damage to my sensor and flat tire. I need them to pay for the damages that their machine caused this.Initial Complaint

I was sold a membership for unlimited car washes and the membership can be used at every one of the locations nation wide. When I chose to go to a different location I looked up the closest location on the company website and was given an address in *********** ************. When I arrived at that location I went to the only teller, which was an automatic self serve point of sale, and the membership was denied. I was then stuck being unable to move forward because of the arm of the teller machine blocking me from the front and other customers behind me blocking my rear and it was only one lane with concrete barriers on both sides. When I went to find help I could only find one attendant who told me that memberships were not accepted at that location, (even though they had numerous signs advertising the sale of them) and the employee was very rude in the way I relayed that information to me and also refused to help me out of the line that my vehicle was stuck in and just turned his back on me and went about his business. I then had to ask the people behind me to back up onto a very busy highway that had signage obstructing the view to be able to see to back out of and finally after much frustration and embarrassment was able to get out. I called luv customer service and after the woman looked up the location I was told that the above *********** location in fact didnt accept memberships and that there was nothing she could do for me. In conclusion, Im being charged a monthly premium for a service that I am not completely receiving and the LUV car wash is giving inaccurate information to the customers on their website, in their stores and on all of their advertisements and I am paying to be able to use my membership at any LUV Car wash location nation wide and am unable to do so because of LUV Car wash.Initial Complaint

In looking up Luv car wash on the bbb website I found that they had a one star rating. And now I know why. Many of the complaints were similar in nature. I used Luv one time on March 8, 2024 and one time only. This was at a location in *******. I completely left ******* on March 18 and haven't returned. Someone at *** continues to use my card number and charged me again in April and May. When I called customer support at **********************. The representative was extremely rude and refused to give me her name and refused to give me a refund. She said since I blocked my card ( of course I blocked the card) she couldn't help me any further and was dismissive of my complaint. Apparently, ***'s does this quite often according to there complaints filed against them. Someone in that organization appears to be stealing credit card numbers.Initial Complaint

On July 24, 2023 I purchased a $9.00 car wash at LUV car wash ***************/Valley Forge. The following months--August 2023 through January 2024 I was charged a recurring charge of $19.99 per month for a membership that I did not opt into and was not made aware of. The price was increased to $21.19 for February and March 2024. In total I was charged $162.32. I never once used this 'membership' because I was not even aware that I was enrolled. I called to ask about these charges and was told that they could only refund me for the last two months. I was refunded $45.98 (the total should have been $42.38 but for some reason they refunded $45.98). In total I was unknowingly charged $116.34 and not refunded. I called a second time to demand a refund and was told again that it could not be processed. I sent an email to customer support and never received a response. I went to have my car washed and the machine stopped while my car was in it. They told me that I have to back up, and when I did that the machine teard up my right side of the bumper and the bottom plastic under my car. That happened on 3/15/2024. Since then I talked to the manager 3 time and they said someone was supposed to call me to get it repaired, and suddenly I got a txt from them saying that my car is older than 5 years and that it had previous damage on the bumper which is not true. My car is a ***** Accord 2017 and it was in really good condition.All i want is that they pay the damages that are done on my car in their car wash.Initial Complaint

This happened at the Rosecrans location. After I got a $10 car wash in September, I have been getting charged a recurring charge of $22.99 monthly. I was not offered a membership nor did I sign up for one. On a second credit card, I got a $17 car wash in November and similarly have been charged $29.99 per month since then. Never was I offered a membership yet I was enrolled in one on two separate credit cards of mine. This is fraudulent and shady. It looks like many customers have recently been scammed in the same way, according to Yelp reviews and BBB complaints. Something has to be done.
