    House re-pipe including water mitigation, plumbers and asbestos removal prior to this project. Full rebuild of small master bath and partial rebuild of a small guest bath. Project Lead (PL) was to start immediately as I was leaving the country. This would give the company almost 3 weeks for the rebuild. Demo had already been completed.Project took over 5 weeks until I ended the project due to the continuous issues. * Bathrooms not taped off during construction. Thick layer of dust throughout the house along with tools and supplies left out. Every surfaced required cleaning and air purifiers needed due to dust.* Tile installed staggered instead of vertical.* handles installed upside down and incorrectly. I had to research and determine issue was due to missing piece sold separately. * Vanity top chipped and not centered on the vanity.* Old nails not removed but painted over.* Nail holes not filled but painted over.* Faceplates and vents not removed prior to painting so they are stuck to the wall.* Wrong fixtures installed or missing.* Toilet was not secured.* Painting inaccurate or incomplete.* Light fixture not centered over the mirror and vanity.Refusal to move electrical or move mirror/vanity. Two weeks of them telling me it was fixed before they quoted the contract regarding moving electrical * Baseboard missing or installed incorrectly * Door did not close. Door hinge was not installed all the way * Left over materials and debris were not removed. I agreed to the left-over baseboard only * Paint cans were left with one lid not being secure and roller left in paint can * Workers opened packages delivered without consent * Request for over budget payment without supporting documentation. PL stated that he was not our financial advisor when questioned about the costs * Final walkthrough was conducted about week 4 weeks in. I provided a list of issues to be addressed. 1 issue was fixed and I had to continue to follow up regarding the other issues
