  I was very unhappy with this vehicle shipping company. Instead of picking up my vehicle at my home and loading onto a truck as advertised, the driver showed up and told me his truck was around the corner and needed to drive my car to his truck. I later found out my car was driven over 50 miles. ***** days later I received a message that the delivery truck broke down and the delivery would be delayed. This not a very reputable company.

  Hello *****, This is ******* with Metti International Vehicle Transport. I saw your review about our brokerage company that was left on the Better Business Bureau website. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the carrier that was used to transport your **** I only wish you had called me so that I could have straightened out the driver by telling him he would never get an order from us again and that his agreement was to deliver as close to your destination address as legally possible. I knew nothing about your experience except for the review you left on the BBB. After looking up the order, the company that transported your *** was Deer Trans LLC and the driver's name was *****. I really wish you would consider not leaving this review up since we were never informed about the carrier's behavior. We are a small business that takes pride in what we do, and reviews like that hurt our business while letting the carrier that acted irresponsibly continue on treating customers unprofessionally. I will not be using this carrier again in the future since our goal is satisfying our customers' car ********************** goals.   Metti International Vehicle Transport & Car Shipping- I spoke to *** he was very understanding, nice and communicated with me throughout the whole process. *** made shipping my car process very easy. The shipping cost was also very reasonable. This is a very reliable company. I would also recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you *** I appreciate your help.

  ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ARE A LIE. I talked on the phone with *** and he made so many empty promises. Now, I am stuck here with two cars still up in limbo. I have a flight tomorrow to move and of course *** has not been able to find me a driver. I am so so incredibly highly disappointed with this businesses service. It is incredible how they can lie to you and leave you screwed at no expense to the broker. I will NEVER EVER be using this company ever again. I am also confused if this better business bureau is even legit. This business is terrible and just like all of the other unreliable car transporting services. PLEASE do not believe these reviews. Those reviews were most likely written by the brokers under fake aliases. It has truly been such a hassle and disappointment to have to deal with this broker. The A+ means absolutely NOTHING.

  ****** gave us a call after 4pm on Sunday (2/12/2023) asking us to find a driver to ship her ****** Corolla and ***** Civic. She was told we normally find carriers easily for that route and did get a carrier that could pick up on Monday. We were quite surprised that we got a one star review on the same day she gave us the order (2/12/2023). She seems to question our integrity as well as that of the Better Business Bureau . Sorry ****** that you chose to drive when we had a carrier that would have picked up today.
