I was very unhappy with this vehicle shipping company. Instead of picking up my vehicle at my home and loading onto a truck as advertised, the driver showed up and told me his truck was around the corner and needed to drive my car to his truck. I later found out my car was driven over 50 miles. ***** days later I received a message that the delivery truck broke down and the delivery would be delayed. This not a very reputable company.Review from Madina M

Metti International Vehicle Transport & Car Shipping- I spoke to *** he was very understanding, nice and communicated with me throughout the whole process. *** made shipping my car process very easy. The shipping cost was also very reasonable. This is a very reliable company. I would also recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you *** I appreciate your help.Review from Ed R

ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ARE A LIE. I talked on the phone with *** and he made so many empty promises. Now, I am stuck here with two cars still up in limbo. I have a flight tomorrow to move and of course *** has not been able to find me a driver. I am so so incredibly highly disappointed with this businesses service. It is incredible how they can lie to you and leave you screwed at no expense to the broker. I will NEVER EVER be using this company ever again. I am also confused if this better business bureau is even legit. This business is terrible and just like all of the other unreliable car transporting services. PLEASE do not believe these reviews. Those reviews were most likely written by the brokers under fake aliases. It has truly been such a hassle and disappointment to have to deal with this broker. The A+ means absolutely NOTHING.

****** gave us a call after 4pm on Sunday (2/12/2023) asking us to find a driver to ship her ****** Corolla and ***** Civic. She was told we normally find carriers easily for that route and did get a carrier that could pick up on Monday. We were quite surprised that we got a one star review on the same day she gave us the order (2/12/2023). She seems to question our integrity as well as that of the Better Business Bureau . Sorry ****** that you chose to drive when we had a carrier that would have picked up today.Review from Anika S

Metti was fantastic. **** was very responsive. We did have a driver no call no show and **** worked with me to find a new driver asap. I think that they are at the mercy of the drivers so things can be unpredictable but **** was very reassuring and got our car where we needed it. Highly recommend and will be using them again. It was a smooth experience for us, when we requested **** to book a carrier for shipping our new car from ********* to *********, *******. Within a few days, **** found an excellent carrier and provided us with the drivers contact. We then directly coordinated with and met the driver a few days later. **** provided us with valuable information for first time shipping our new car across the country.We want to also complement *****, the driver for picking up the car as scheduled on Sunday in ********* and successfully delivered it in ********* 2500 miles away in just 5 days.
