I brought my **** Excursion to Aero Automotive for repairs. I was overcharged for parts and billed for work that was never completed. Despite telling them my wife and I were expecting our newborn and this was our only vehicle, the shop kept the truck far longer than promised and returned it unfinished. After my own inspection, I found several parts I paid for were never installed. Their explanation was that other parts also needed replacement, which does not justify charging me. Even worse, the axle shaft was improperly installed and nearly came completely off. Had that happened on the road, it could have gone through another cars windshield and killed someone. This is a serious safety hazard. The mechanic falsely claimed the loose axle didnt cause the differential damage. I confirmed with multiple reputable mechanics that it absolutely could. Now **** is trying to use my warranty to fix the damage they caused, which would void my coverage. Thats completely unacceptable.I've asked to speak to the owner, ****, several times and have been denied every time. Its now well past when I was told Id hear back. Meanwhile, I have a newborn, a wife, and no working vehicle for essential appointments or emergencies.

I brought my vehicle in because it was making a loud ticking noise and engine was idling rough. They suggested it was lifters and rockers within the engine then they put it back together and test drove it today and said the noise is still there and they dont resolve my problem and want to charge me an insane price for not being able to fix it and not knowing what is causing it without charging me even more to begin with. Meanwhile this has taken the whole month of January as if my vehicle is not a priority at all . They also lied on the phone ( a recorded line ) saying they checked the spark plugs and they were good but when speaking to the mechanic DJ at the store front today when I went in for pick up he said he never even pulled them to check them .

dropped off my vehicle because the engine was being noisy on the 2nd of Jan. *** first thing they told me is their was no engine light but there was a misfire , they immediately asked if they could remove the valve cover and I said yes . What they failed to tell me until after I said yes was that they were going to replace the gasket without asking me with a new one. So they immediately added the charge of a new gasket without asking me directly . This business recommended to replace all hydraulic lifters and rockers in my engine right away as the first suggestion as to what the issue *** be before testing oil pressure or anything else that *** be causing the issue. I asked many times over the recorded line of what would cause the damage they thought happened and the service writer (****) said many times to me its just the nature of the beast instead of offering me a logical explanation from the technician. Aero Auto Repair Vista didn't even inspect the camshafts until a day before pickup ( 23rd being the day they called about the camshafts and the  24th being the day for pickup). Which to my knowledge the cam shafts are above the parts they suggested to replace meaning. *** day they called and said the camshafts were no good and couldn't even order any or so they said. *** point being they didn't finish inspecting before ordering any part or working on repair. ***y worked on in it in the reverse order of the engine and not in a timely manner seeing as though it's the end of the month. This is either a very poor job or a scam job trying to rip me off and possibly others of money and time . This would all cost 5.660.52 before they open the engine again to test all the things that they should've done in the first place .  ***y did this job completely improperly not finishing inspection before starting to replace parts and didnt even solve the problem. ***ir mechanics need to be either retrained or see if they have a certification in the first place . ***yve left me with the vehicle not being repaired properly and ***************** and a poor job. I also have no proof it was even my vehicle they worked on . In any and all photos they sent me my vehicle color wasnt their , no VIN , no license , no mechanic working on vehicle . I really have no idea if they even worked on it . Another thing is all the e documents they would constantly change from what they previously had done without keeping record of what the original text was or explanation or title. This doesnt even include little things like saying we promise to call you back and they never would even when I reminded them .

I dropped my vehicle off at 930 on Friday morning May 26th. I explained that I needed everything completed that day, they said that wouldn't be a issue it would be done by 3. I reiterated that I needed it done that day because I was leaving today Saturday morning with that truck for a road trip. 3pm I called them they said they needed more time but it would be done. I HAVE NOT ONCE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE BUSINESS. I call back Saturday morning and the business is closed until Tuesday. At no point have I been contacted by the business at no point was I told that they were closed all weekend. I don't understand why I have not been contacted by the business, before I dropped off my vehicle I verified they had the correct phone number and email. I need the business owner to contact me so I can get my vehicle immediately.

Went in to this trusted auto repair shop to fix my squeaking brakes on September 30th 2021. They told me at the time that I needed to get all of my brake pads and rotors changed out. I did everything they recommended and paid them $1,362.64 for this alone. They committed at the time that if I had any future issues with this I can bring it back in. Fast forward 1 year, I was gone for 6 months on deployment and the van was driven only once or twice a month by my mom. My mom took it to a auto repair shop in ***** before I came back from deployment and they told her that it looked like the brake pads were brand new but the rotors looked like they had not been touched for years and recommended new rotors. I decline those repair because I assume Aero auto repair will fix their wrong.I go back to Aero auto repair October 26th 2022 and explain to them the issue. They keep the van all day up until the time the close at 5pm and call me and tell me that they can not replace the rotors because their are other issue with my brakes such as a new brake line needs to be replaced. I end up not going through with that and just asking for a refund because they clearly did not fix everything that needed to be fixed a year ago. (The van was only driven regularly for 6 months out of that year.)I am going to a different trusted auto repair shop for any repairs they recommend today October 28th 2022. Aero auto repair owes me $1362.64 for repairs that they clearly did not do or replaces my rotors with old rotors. Also, my brakes still squeak every time I hit the brake, so that original issue was never even fixed.
