I purchased auto insurance through safe auto I changed some things adding full coverage plus another vehicle the new quote I received was 243 I get a cancellation notice that I now owe ****** when I spoke to the rep they told me 260 of that was because my drivers license was showing invalid when my license are valid I asked to have an extension due to that high **** they are saying it is now there telling me something different it does not make sense the supervisor I spoke with had an attitude I left them know I was filing a complaint I feel like there ripping me off and its not fair as a customer. Mind you I havent even had the ********************** for 30 daysInitial Complaint

I get auto coverage from safe auto and I have an open claim with them and I have a claims adjustor name ***************************. I have tried to constantly contact someone and have been getting the run around I am paying a premium and getting treated so unfairly. I was sent a check for my claim and have been unable to get my own estimate for the claim since the check has been sent there has been zero communication with numerous attempts to contact the adjustor and supervisors with zero communication claim has back. I was told that the claim has been closed.Initial Complaint

So I started a policy with this company on 3/21/22 for $121 a month. Paid that twice within 2 weeks for some reason. Then the price shot up to $534 and when I asked they said it was do to missing paperwork. I turned in the paperwork by email, they verified they received it and then sent more paperwork whichever I sent back as well. the amount only changed to $434 so I call again trying to get answers and a male answers the phone and tells me that I turned in paperwork to late and he was not going to change the price back to my original amount of $121 a month. I did not email the paperwork late so I asked to speak to a manager then he hangs up on me. I call back and the same male answers but tries to lie and act like someone else while laughing. Then he tells me there is not a manager available but he can send an email. I told him I would not be making the payment of $434 and I would be filing a complaint.Initial Complaint

I cancelled my auto insurance with Safe Auto 3 weeks ago, I have been told over and over and over that my refund was mailed. I have still yet to receive it. Each time I emailed customer service, they said they will cut "another" check and mail it that day and I should receive it within 3 to 5 days. Again, I have received NOTHING. Not even the original checks they claimed they mailed and yes, they do have my correct address and phone number. There is NO excuse for a company to act so unprofessional and continuously lie.Initial Complaint

I was involved in a car accident, to which was no fault of my own on 1/28/2022. I filed a claim with my insurance company, Safe Auto on 2/7/2022. I have REPEATEDLY tried to contact my claims adjustor to no avail. I've asked for a supervisor to contact me, and I was told that I must call in the claims department and ask for a supervisor. I've asked my claims adjustor repeatedly for an update and have been ignored by her for going on 3 weeks now. I'm tired of being given the run around by my OWN insurance company. I have repeatedly reached out for some form of answer and get ignored. This is a terrible way to treat customers!
