      Accident occurred on 10/12/23. Their insurer was at fault. Made an illegal u-turn right in front of me.I've been calling the adjuster everyday and they have not returned my call. Sent emails and nothing as of today.Claim No.23273103

      Our car was stolen July 31st, been dealing with this issue since then have been times we couldn't get ahold of anyone and now they only want to offer ***** which wont even pay right is owing which is ****** and haven't even offered to pay anything to us for us to get another vehicle, we weren't even told to get gap so as a consumer we shouldn't be punished because the insurance company doesn't want to pay out an acceptable pay out

Our office received a voice mail from ***** on October 6, 2023 that he accepted the total loss offer.We have received the completed documents and payment was issued to the finance company Credit Concepts for $8,261.98 and sent to them on October 12, 2023.. At this time and questions regarding the values of the vehicle have been resolved..

      We strive for excellent customer service and apologize if communications were not properly addressed at any point during our handling of the claim.

      Hi ???? its me. Just emailing on this Friday because Im ****** off at yall. I want my life to go back to how it was before this happened. I know you dont care. At all. But I felt like you should. I work in mental health; I help people every day, help themselves. Its a thankless process and I truly find *oy in helping the people I help. For the last month I have had to go through ******** in every aspect of my life because of this accident. First it wasnt my fault. Then the pos didnt have insurance. But dont forget he didnt get a ticket for that. The Monday after the accident I called my insurance after dealing with his fake policy for a week,I call my insurance because NO ONE HAS CALLED ME EVER. I find out myself that I get mr * assigned to me. Mr * has been assigned to me for over a week and never called me. I spend a whole week (week2) tracking mr * down. ((He works from home. Forwards his calls. And does whatever he does. But its not work )) finally I get mr *. Mr * gets me to ********** gives me a ******** quote of **** to fix my car. I spend another 2 weeks (week 4 now) dealing with mr * and trying to get him to help me with my claim he has been assigned since 9/11. Its now end of week 5 my car was deamed totaled at the end of week 4. I am so disgusted with your customer service. Your customer support. Your customer care. I could not imagine stringing one of my patients along for 6 weeks. Someone who was never at fault. Someone who had insurance. Someone who is needing YOUR help. You *ust dont give a f*** I am a STRONG believer in KARMA. And I am going to continue to do the right thing in my life, and I really hope you reevaluate yourself and when you choose to do the right thing. If you dont do anything else work related on this Friday MR ** For F*** sacks pass my claim on to my lawyer so I can get a f****** car and get back to MY LIFE. Im really tired of dealing with you. You have drained me. Mentally. Emotionally. Im done I want to buy a new car and go back to raising my kids to watch out for people like you and to be better people than yall!! S***** people ****. 8 weeks of h*** Give me my money. Take these people out of business they are fraud!!!!!!!!

      I was in a car accident by a customer of *********************************************. I was able to get my car fixed but they have not paid my rental car. I am unable to get ahold of *************************************, my adjuster. I have contacted anyone else I can find information for and no one will get back to me. Numerous voicemails and emails. I need my rental car paid for.

      On August 17, 2023 I was rear ended by an individual with Anchor General Insurance. I have the police report of the incident and have properly filed a claim through Anchor insurance. I have called several times to follow up on the claim, the company will not answer their phones and if they do answer they will leave you on hold for extended period of time and act like they are checking on the status and eventually the line will hang up. They refuse to give me the names of their supervisor or provide me with any direct phone numbers or emails.

      I contacted my insurance more than 2 months ago because I was in an accident. I keep leaving messages and no one reaches out to me to let me know what the next process is such as if I will be able to get a car rental while my car is getting fixed and what is the deductible if I will have to pay any, as well as why they did not have the other insurance of the person that hit me take responsibility of the damages since they didnt even provide a valid drivers license and I was hit from the back. I feel like they arent even trying to solve my case and its so annoying everytime I call they dont have answers and say they will leave a message for the person in charge of my case and that never falls through. I have tried to call them and now the call is just on hold and no one answers.

      *** made a claim on May 2023, made several calls but only to be transferred to the adjuster and be left on hold for hours and have call end without speaking to adjuster. I was also told my first assigned adjuster no longer worked with the company and was going to be assigned a new one. With a new adjuster assigned the same thing was happening no calls or updates. The body shop has also been trying to get a hold of the company but was last updated on July 2023. Now that I try to call the adjuster it goes straight to voicemail. It is now October 2023 with no update. Within those months of not having my car I have been paying for a rental out of pocket and its slowing draining me financially, I would like to receive money back from that as well. My claim number is ********

      On Sunday September 10, I was rear ended by a driver who has Anchor General insurance. Since then my insurance has not been able to get ahold of them except for an initial conversation where they said a claims adjuster was being given the incident. Since then I have attempted to call and email this company; however, no one answers the phone or returns emails. I would simply like them to get in contact with my insurance company (Geico) so we can get the process moving on getting my vehicle fixed.

      My insurance had me take my truck to an autobody shop of their choice to get fixed i couldn't chose a respectable shop so the body shop I had to take my truck to was not professional I didn't give anyone permission to drive my truck only in the shop they put the emblems and door protectors not straight a big gash on the bed of the truck putting it back together and their were also alot of ************ around my truck that wasn't their lot of over spray and paint missing from the fresh work they did with scratches on the fresh work they did and they ripped my bed ****** they also sanded off the protection sticks and didn't put them back I had to go buy them which cost alot the didn't even put ba k the trim on the bumper I had to look for it inside the bumper now that is not professional I want my truck fixed the right way in a different shop
