  Carshield and Autoshield repeatedly make promises for reimbursement and fails the contract. More than half of my calls during business hours were not answer and the customer service they have is a joke. According to the contract Autoshield supposed to paid for engine repairs and as of now they are not abiding to the contract as agreed. It was brought out to my attention that Repair facilities complained about the same problem whereby they try to reach Autoshield Claims and are put on hold for long periods and miss out on attending to other customer business as a result. My car has been in the shop for 4 days as of now and still waiting for approval. ****** auto service provided images and all documentation as requested by auto shield and still awaiting approval. Doing more research, it turns out that their computer system used by Carshield is not in compliance consequently given wrong information and denies. They purposely take extra steps that seem unnecessary such as requiring photos from a repair facility of a covered cars license plate, damaged part, odometer, etc. and then making a a fraudulent decision in claiming that something else is wrong. The apparatuses who went to check my car agreed with the mechanic and dealer diagnostic text, but someone in office who is using the wrong data system are given denials and making false statements. This is a fraudulent company who is collecting monthly payments and they are not abiding by the contract. The his needs to stop and they need to stop making business in collecting peoples money when at the time of emergency like my situation. They refused to pay for the repairs. Every car has a history on file, and for Autoshield to make false statements in my vehicle is totally unacceptable. This is why Im reporting my horrible experience along with many others who has been lied by Car shield - Autoshield. Hope *************** does something to stop this money making company who are violating their contracts.

  I had heard that the extended warranty from this company was a sham and now I agree.Car held up for 15 days. Called company over 10 x with no results.Rental policy is a joke.Most importantly, I could not speak to anyone to replace the parts with genuine parts. In order to get my car, they replaced the part with an old rear end differential despite my objections.***** again!

  I initially received a "bait" flyer from them. When I called them about their coverage, they lied to me about what is covered when I signed up. When I got *********, I saw that some of the things that they said were included, were only included for an extra fee. When I called and asked for a refund of my downpayment and first months premium, they said company policies stated that they only refund within 30 days. It had not been 30 days since my first monthly payment had been taken out of my account by their bank.
