    I purchased a gallon of paint from this business (along with the hardener) and when I went to use it several months later I realized that it was lighter than it was supposed to be for the car model it goes on. I contacted the business and the person I spoke with told me to send them pictures showing the problem, which I did (he also talked about sending me colorants to fix the problem). TCP then sent me an email saying they were going to forward the pictures to their paint department and they would get in touch with me, which they never did. I called TCP several days later and was told again that someone from the paint department would contact me, but again no one ever did. Now I'm **** with paint that I can't use because it's lighter than what's on the car it was supposed to go on.

    i was told numerous times my package was on its way when it has been sitting in the same warehouse at the same location and has not moved. TCP has sent me emails stating the package will arrive any day now but they didnt say in which year the package would arrive. i am waiting and my customer is waiting. I have the customers car and cant finish it without the materials. If TCP would have just been honest I wouldnt be in this mess!

    On July 30th 2024 I got an order of Urethane basecoat, reducer, High solids clear & high solids hardner from their OFFICIAL TCP GLOBAL SITE. Total cost with the 250dollar hazard shipping to ****** was ******cdn. On July 16th 2024 I still had not received my order. I called *** and *** had lost part of it.I emailed customer service at ******************** and told them it was lost. They responded with no it wasnt. COD hadnt been paid. Thats not how CASH ON DELIVERY WORKS. But i paid it anyways. Fast forward 11 days my package still lost. I emailed TCP again. Told them again it was lost. They responded with were filing a claim with ***. So I IMMEDIATELY email them back telling them my vehicle is in peices. I have a family of 4. My wife works 12 hour days at 6am. I have kids under 7 who have to be woken up at 530am. So i can drive my wife to work with the kids. Then take her vehicle for the day and drive the kids to school.I work 20 days straight out of town with 10 days off. If my vehicle isnt painted and put back together. I cant get to work. My wife and my childrens lifes are uprooted and disrupted because of poor customer service. I told ******************** customer service that i want a new item shipped out so itll be here in time or i will be leaving negative reviews and doing a chargeback Its been over 5 days and I have not had a response. Before this they responded within a day. ***** the *** I talked to refused to listen to me when I told them my package was lost. Refused to respond to me to make it right.Import charges were 100. So ******************************************* northern ******. Dont have year round nice weather. I ran out of time I received half my package. black base **************** hardener. No clearcoat. And no ruducer. Which means their not compatable. And I cant use either without my remaining missing shipment. I had to buy new paint/clear elsewhere to paint vehicle by deadline before I head back to work 250+100 for shipping. No full ordr

    Thank you for the inquiry.  Customer was in contact with customer service on 9/9, 2 days after filing date.  Customer was provided a Return Authorization number: 135652.  We will proceed with the refund process to credit back amount of the transaction.
