    I have not used my Evernote account in over 14 months. I've repeatedly tried to cancel my monthly subscription of $54.80/month for the last 14 months and have been unsuccessful. The company does not provide any phone support. I've reached out several times and have been unable to receive any real help. Also, my email address attached to my account is no longer valid. It was an email address used by my last company and hasn't existed for a while. So I can't receive emails from the email address to recover my password, which I don't know, hence why I was trying to login to my account to cancel my subscription. Since my email was my username, there is no way to be able to retrieve my old password and I have no way of stopping Evernote from charging my credit card. I've attached the emails that I've sent to them along with their responses. I have no hope or ideas on how to stop them from charging my card. I even spoke to my credit card company about removing my card number and they told me they couldn't do it. I have no idea how to stop this and consider it stealing from me, especially since I haven't been using their services for over a year now. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ***** ******** ************

    I cancelled my membership with Evernote and they are not responding to my multiple email requesting a reimbursement or $213.99 taken from my checking account on June 8, 2025

    I have been repeatedly charged for an Evernote subscription that I canceled more than a year ago. Despite submitting multiple cancellation requests and not using the service, Evernote has continued to bill my account without my authorization or consent.This is now the second year I have been charged for an account I do not use, and which I explicitly requested to cancel. This is an unauthorized charge and unacceptable business practice.I am seeking an immediate, full refund of the most recent charge, confirmation that my subscription has been permanently canceled, and assurance that I will not be billed again in the future.

    On Monday, May 12, 2025, I went online looking to convert a PDF file into a *** file. My normal go-to converter company (BestPDF) was having a problem downloading the item for me. So I went onto the Evernote Corporation site to convert the item. ******* only charges me $0.95 to convert from PDF to ***. When I tried to download the *** from Evernote Corporation, they prompted me online to sign an agreement. I wouldn't sign it. I left the site without signing, thinking that the matter had been concluded, since I hadn't authorized a purchase of any services from Evernote. To my shock and surprise on Monday, May 19, 2025, I was billed for $138.11. And all that I wanted from them was a $0.95 ***, which I got from BestPDF later on May 12, 2025.

    I have doubled the amount since this company charged my credit card last year as well. So 2 years of unauthorized payments.We have several emails stating we want to CANCEL the paid for subscription, and yet they continue to charge my cc.The card they used for this payment expired in August of 2024 and should not have been charged. I have contacted them via email and have no way of knowing if and when they will ever get back to me.

    Evernote charged me $213 which I did not authorize for that amount or for a new subscription. They owe me $213. These people should be ashamed I want a refund immediately.

    I bought evernote personal on the 30th of December, I had set it to monthly but it charged me an annual fee of ****** liras on the dot of my free trial ending. I opened a ticket, asked for a refund and cancelled my subscription but they haven't refunded my fee, let alone respond. I do not think my order has been processed yet.I have attatched the invoice from my bank and evernote below as a support for my claim as well as the ticket I have opened from the support page of the business.I have read similar complaints online and I would not like to be a statistic

    I have had an account with ******************** for a long time. I haven't used it in a while. While I have time, I'm reviewing accounts. I cannot get in to my free account. The first step is the 2-step authentication. They want the code from my authenticator. I search all 3 that I have. no Evernote account. I use a backup code. I get in, but immediately get taken to prompts to sign up for an account. I already have an account. I just want to see what my status is: What I get for free, costs for premium levels, etc. And I want to see what files I already have with them. Can't get in to anything without registering for a free trial with a credit card. Exasperated, I go to contact customer support. Can't contact customer support unless you sign in and you cant get anywhere unless you give them a credit card. So exasperated at this point, all I want to do is close my account. Get to that page, but to prove that I'm a human, I have to do some puzzle. I can't figure it out. They purposely make it hard to do anything. I don't want any money. I don't want any offers. I don't want anything except for them to close my account and delete all of my information from their servers.

    I was charged incorrectly for this account in December 2023. I cancelled the account. I just saw they have charged my Discover account again. It is pending. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge. When I try to contact Evernote I keep getting an email to verify my account. They show no contact number only an email. What can I do to stop this and get my money back?

    7/9/24; 8/9/24 --> these two charges have been refunded by my bank 9/9/24; 10/9/24; 11/9/24 --> these charges have not been refunded and are part of an ongoing struggle to stop paying for a subscription that I cancelled within the window of cancellation (I never should have been charged). I've contacted the company 4 times at least on 4 different tickets; their advice is largely from an AI bot or tickets have been closed before resolution (or closed automatically). Their advice to me is to cancel the subscription, but I cannot do that because it's already cancelled and I cannot access it except to reinstate it.
