      I have been a paid customer of ******************** for going on 10 years. My Evernote account is associated with an email address I no longer have access to, as it's my former employer and they disabled my email account when I left. This was not an issue until I needed to reset my password to get into my account and the only way to do so is for Evernote to sent a link to the email address that no longer exists. There is no option to talk with anyone or even do a live chat for help and they do not provide any kind of contact information other than submitting a help ticket. I have submitted at least three help tickets over the past six weeks and have received no response. I have a credit card on file with them and am set up for auto-pay, but can't even cancel that because I cannot access my account. I would like them to contact me to resolve this issue so I can regain access to my account, where I have hundreds of documents saved and can no longer access.

      I was charge $129.99 without needing the service. I have cancelled my membership VIA internet and have tried contacting them to find a resolution and it is impossible to connect with anyone. I would like a refund of the money since the services are not needed for an additional year.

      My account was due for renewal on 2/16/2024. I attempted to start contacting Evernote on or around 1/8/2024. My account through my employer has 8 seats and we wanted to reduce the seats to one, which would reduce the cost by about $1,500. I went to the help portal and got stuck in an endless loop of error messages and no way to contact a person. There is no support email address, no way to submit a ticket, and no phone number to contact. The chat bot is strictly AI and kicked me back to the loop of error messages. I found a discussion board that says if can deactivate the seats you no longer way no earlier than 30 days before renewal and that at renewal, your invoice will be adjusted. I reduced the seats down to 1 seat on or around 2/7/24. On 2/16/24 my account renewed and I was charged $1700 for all 8 seats (thought 7 are deactivated). I emailed Evernote's press and partnership emails on 2/16/24 because it's the only email addresses I could find. I got a reply on 2/19/24 telling me how to file a ticket. I tried to follow their instructions and got the same error messages - their help portal is not working at all. I responded 2/20/24 which screen shots of the error and asking for someone to someone to contact me ASAP to resolve this and provided my phone number and email address. It's been 48 hours and I have not been contacted. I need a refund ASAP.

      I was auto-renewed on an annual subscription without warning AND they doubled the price. I would have considered renewing at the normal price but they provided ZERO notification of the increased price which I think is unethical and should be illegal. Contacting Evernote is next to impossible. It is very difficult to find an email or phone number. I was able to send a message through the website which replied with a boilerplate response which includes a link to Evernote's refund policy. In that policy, annual subscriptions are entitled to a refund request within 60 days of payment. However, if they make it impossible for you request a refund, how are you supposed to get a refund?!

      I was fraudulently charged for an Evernote subscription which I did not authorize. I have not been an Evernote customer for years and had canceled my subscription with them > 4 years ago. Yet they billed me for services I did not request nor authorize. The phone number for Evernote support is disconnected, and when contacting the support team they are unwilling to investigate further. I ams asking the BBB to help step in and resolve this issue.

      Evernote completely deleted my account and offered no recourse for me to correct the billing issue and reinstate my account. They had a ton of my critical work data. I must be able to get my account restored. They offer no customer service aside from community discussions and "help" guides on their website. They have no comprehensive customer service for urgent issues. I have reached out on social media sites also to no avail. We have paid Evernote a lot of money over the years, and I don't believe it's right to just completely delete our Teams account over a missed payment. I just didn't know the payment was due - I would have happily paid it, and still would - if I could even access my account to make the payment. It is dangerous to encourage people to use this platform to store critical work information if they can just decide to totally delete your account with absolutely no recourse. I demand someone from the company contact me to resolve this issue, as my livelihood depends on it.

      The business renewed my annual subscription and I immediately cancelled on the website. The email by which they contact you does not allow replies. They have you deactivate your account and the only way to cancel is by account access. Their instructions on their website as to how to reactivate your account are incorrect. They are inaccessible and only have a bot- no live chat. No phone number. No response- even though they claim within 48 hours. It is six days later now. It is circular. Please help.
