    I paid $99..28 ( includes ship cost) for a doll "**** of ***************" 01/18/2022,order 100002769-2.Though this doll was in pre -production mode,I have sent periodic emails requesting a status about its finish and delivery.This order was affected by the ***** pandemic; however,there was an email from *********************** ( the owner of company and doll creator ) ,on 08/24/2022, that the doll was scheduled to be in first mold & would probably ship in 2023.Later, after I inquired again of the status,she sent an email 12/18/2022 that the sculpt had to be ************ was now working on 3 boy designs One of the boy designs had to be redone as well.So, she pushed the original "**** of *************** doll " behind the 3 boy dolls.She said that the factory was working on too many dolls at one time & that was why they had the ***************** sculpt wrong in size.She said that the boy dolls were then set for ***************** could now focus on the ***************** for active molding in 2023.01/29/2023,***** said that work had paused due to New Year's & that they were waiting for the boy dolls to go to manufacturing.Then ***************** could be worked on.She once again said that there were too many projects all at once-which is,of course ,a decision that she herself made -AFTER the **** of *************** doll was announced to be made,taking pre-orders ,and starting and stopping concentration on the project she should have committed to.01/31/2023,***** said ***************** may be ready 12/25/2023.On 07/23/2023,***** said that the 3 boy dolls are being prepared for manufacturing & that the factory were getting ***************** and boy doll specifications mixed up.She said that and that the business environment of sales slowing and costs rising were the reason for the delay.She said they have to "birth the boys to manage the **** project."11/10/2023,***** said that the boy dolls were in product testing & 2 be shipped at end of 2023 & **** was on hold until then b/c too many projects the factory cldn't manage.
