    In December of 2025, I was hit with a $1270 bill from natera for basic blood work I had done at my ************* After going back and forth with them for months on it not being correct on me being charged that ridiculous amount I had my ************ sales *** reach out to me, I was told so submit an application to compassionate care to get my bill lowered, the bill ended up getting lowered to $200. Which is should have been covered but my husband did not want to ruin his credit by not paying the bill so he paid it, on the compassionate care application the amount of income he makes the bill should have been $0, instead of paying $200, talking with multiple Natera ***s about the issue went no where, they are very shady, and very pushy on paying and giving out these ridiculous bills, I feel as though I should not have been charged the $200 my husband paid as their compassionate care application showed us being in the income bracket to pay $0. The $200 was paid in February of 2025.
