If I could give zero I would. They delayed my payment for 3 days. Which I had just figured it didn't work at all. So I went about my typical life... The. Days later they attempted to take the fund from my account... Which now was under the amount needed. So they bounced my payments.. then a week later they took the money a second time claiming I had been credited on my account I was transferring my money to the week before. (Not true). And also vmcharged NSF fees for the prior week ( 45 from my bank/ 25 from them). I total I was screwed out of 200 plus dollars in NSF fees and another 150 in double payments

After reviewing this consumer's interactions with Trustly Support, it appears that our team acted within our policies and attempted, in good faith, to resolve the consumer's concerns. The transactions in question were originally initiated by the consumer and successfully posted to their merchant account. However, when we attempted to collect the funds later from their bank as payment, in accordance with the agreed-upon terms established at the time services were rendered, the consumer's bank reported there were insufficient funds. This then triggered one NSF fee per transaction outstanding. Our team confirmed this with the consumer, via chat on October 12, 2024, and advised that once the original payment due had been paid we would be able to refund/waive 2 of the 3 *** fees as a one-time courtesy, as our policy is typically to refund 2 in a 12-month period. We continued to maintain contact with the consumer after confirming this resolution, as the consumer checked back to see if the original payment was paid and the *** fees were finished processing. On October 21, 2024 we have proceeded with refunding 2 out of 3 *** fees.

I have been charged at least 10 ACH return fees $25 each amounting to 250$. These were incurred because I had placed at least 10 DEPOSITS amounting to 250$. Trustly says that there were insufficient funds in my bank at the time which is untrue. They now want me to pay 9 of the 10 fees and said they will waive one as a courtesy. That is not a courtesy, that is FRAUD. The money was there and the deposits were successful. I dont think its fair to be charged return fees when and if any customers deposit declines, that should be IT. Trustly CONTINUOUSLY charged my account over the span of MONTHS and then randomly I received an email from a debt collection agency. Customer support has done nothing to help. I would like this resolved as I was in the process of building credit and now I have this ridiculousness to worry about, due to no error of my own.

After reviewing this consumer's interactions with Trustly Support, it appears that our team acted within our policies and attempted, in good faith, to resolve the consumer's concerns. The ****************** question were originally initiated by the consumer and successfully posted to their merchant account. However, when we attempted to collect the funds later from their bank as payment, in accordance with the agreed-upon terms established at the time services were rendered, the consumer's bank reported there were insufficient funds. This then triggered one NSF fee per transaction outstanding. Our team confirmed this with the consumer, via telephone on 4/27/24, and advised that once the original payment due had been paid we would be able to refund/waive 9 of the 10 NSF fees as a one-time courtesy. Our policy is typically to refund 2 in a 12-month period, but we were willing to make an exception here.We continued to reach out to the consumer after confirming this resolution 3 more times, but we did not receive a response. As the original amount continued to be outstanding, our collection partner InDebted took over. As of the receipt date of this review, our team has not been able to make contact with the consumer, nor have they contacted us back/responded to our communications. Since receiving this review, our team has reached out to the consumer again to assist in a resolution. We would be happy to discuss this further and look forward to hearing from them.
