RETURN AND EXCHANGE
For a full refund or exchange, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received it.
Any item you return to us must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. For item returned back to us after 7 calendar days, there will be a 10% restocking fee charge.
Item CANNOT be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order.
REFUND
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include items that are on sale.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it, and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 8 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.
If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
