    I did not receive my order even though I was repeatedly assured that it would come soon. Finally I asked for a refund and they apparently blocked my email. I ended up filing a dispute through Paypal till they finaly gave me a refund.

    I placed an order on November 26 for a Christmas gift and six weeks later I have not received my order nor heard from the company since. Beware of this company; I wish I'd done more research before wasting my time on them.

    I've successfully ordered from this company over a decade ago, so I figured I'd support a small business. I received an automated receipt for my order, but never any tracking/shipping confirmation. I was still charged, although oddly less than my original order amount, so it is unclear if some items were unavailable.After waiting three months, the items still haven't been delivered.I tried using their contact form twice in the last month, but never received a response, not even in my spam folders. Then I tried calling their phone number during business hours, which rang endlessly and eventually disconnected. I was hoping to reach out on ******* (where they seem active), but they have blocked private messages.Since the company isn't interested in customer communication, I've filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

    I made the mistake of not doing my research prior to placing my order. The website gave off the vibes of a smaller business so I opted to support them as opposed to some of the larger music companies. When the order was initially placed, I did not receive any confirmation email with order information. I reached out via their contact portal, and received a response stated my item was out-of-stock, but would be shipped as soon as it arrived. It turns out, I accidentally ordered the incorrect item. Now in an effort to exchange/return the item, I am struggling to find any information or policies. When I reached out once again through the contact portal, the response simply contained the shipping information for the item I already received. I also tried to call, but the phone just kept ringing. I didn't even get an answering machine. Contrary, to some of the other reviews I've read. I did at least receive the item in a timely manner, but the communication quality is extremely unreliable.
